Okay long story short.
4 years relationship
Bf goes on family holiday to canary islands every summer

i'm 26 and lately i've been feeling incredibly self conscious and depressed, and i've got this strange feeling of desperation. I feel like im acting out all the time and it's almost like im watching myself do it at times and while a part of me realizes im acting out, I still can't stop myself from doing it. I can't figure out what exactly is wrong with me, but I just feel panicked all the time. I try doing activities that calm me down but it feels like it's all I do now and its just making everything worse because I fel like im wasting my life.

Sup..wanted to get some opinions about a situation I'm in. So I had a son at 17, she was 16. Told me she was taking birth control and I was dumb enough to trust her. Found out she was cheating on me the whole time, I broke up with her 6 months ago. Today my son kept babbling on about how her boyfriend is kissing her so I text her saying it's inappropriate. Long story short she goes off on a rant about how her new boyfriend spoils her, sex is better, etc. I stayed loyal to her for 2 years, would have done anything for her, but felt I was forced to leave her cause of her cheating. Long story short, this shit hurts, think she's just saying it out of jealousy after finding out about my new girlfriend?

I am currently speaking with a girl who´s a friend of one of my closest friends, and it´s going pretty well: she was the one that asked for my number and initiated the conversation, she called me "cute", she said she would be interested in meeting up. So it´s all going smoothly. We´ve met with friends two times before.

I went through a break up recently. It was my first serious relationship and I was considering proposing to her. Since then, I've been doing some soul searching and trying to find out who I want to be in this life.
In the past few months I've had some one night stands and I've been going to bars and clubs a lot more than I used to (essentially never), sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. Sometimes I really believe that I'm never going to find the right girl for me and I get depressed but I've been trying to stay positive lately.
I'm worried that I might be changing, and perhaps not for the better. I never hooked up with girls before this. I was always about commitment and relationships regarding sex but lately I just don't really care and I wonder if I might be going the wrong direction. I guess I'm worried that if I ever do meet the right girl, I'll be an asshole or something and I'll lose my shot with her forever.
Has anyone else ever gone through something like this? I'd like some opinions on the matter.

I think when you do fall for a new girl you'll go back to your old committed ways, but for now maybe just try to enjoy yourself. I've finally realized how boned I am. I haven't been able to pay rent for the past two months because of not having a job, and my room mate's kicking me out in two days. I have nowhere else to go except for on the streets. Just so it's clear, when I say I don't have anywhere else to go, I don't mean I haven't felt up to asking anyone and that I might have somewhere to go. It means I don't have anywhere else to go.
I can't ask my parents for help. They won't help, as in WILL NOT no matter what I do. They were taking care of my dog for me since I worked a lot of hours, and currently do, but they want me to take him back now, so I'd have to take care of a dog while being homeless. Also, I'll have to give up my current job because I won't have anywhere to sleep.
I'm really panicking right now because of how far into the bone zone I am. Is there anything I can do or should I just give up at this point?

So we graduated in May and the whole group of us moved to the same city in July. We all found degree-related jobs and everything seemed like it was going to be great.
Now, one thing to note about our 'group' is that a few of us are really into fitness. My girlfriend and I meal-prepped and lifted 5 days a week during college.
But since the move, we've shifted focus to 'enjoying ourselves'. Nothing's been too drastic. We go OUT to eat now, we make an effort to be more relaxed (sweatpants/moccasins, yoga pants/slippers), and we've each put on a LITTLE weight (about 30 lbs each).
Now here's where it gets interesting - we went out for dinner with the 'group' 2 weeks ago and things just felt 'off'. Conversation seemed forced, a lot of awkward eye contact, and there seemed to be a lot of tension toward the end - we ordered dessert and the others paid and left because 'it was getting late'.
And since then, we saw FB pics of the rest of them out together and when we were out for dinner two nights ago, we saw them ride by in a group, on bikes.

I went round to my friend's house the other day and we went to his room to hang out and he turned on his computer and his browser was filled with shemale porn. My friend is looking to quit smoking. He hasn't smoked a cigarette in a week, but he says the cravings are just getting worse (he thought that nicotine was completely out of your system within 3 days of quitting). How long does it "take" to quit smoking? He says it's just too fucking expensive these days to be a smoker, but he gets bored or anxious and wants to smoke.

Yeah. I've heard from many former smokers who have quit for over 15-20 years and they all say the same thing. "you're a smoker for the rest of your life". For some people it's a struggle for the rest of their lives to quit, but eventually you get so far beyond it it becomes pretty easy for most. Of course it kind of depends on how long you smoked in the first place.

fugg man, that's rough. He's made it through the week just fine (no anger problems, impatience, etc.), but he currently lives with his parents, who are both smokers. He's an introvert and doesn't drink, so he used to look forward to studying and shit in peace at night while smoking. He also can't smoke weed or anything like that because he works, and understands the importance of being a proper employee. I don't know if I should tell him to just stick with it and enjoy it while he lasts, or keep it up until he moves out in August. He's still young (23), so its not like his life depends on it or anything right now. I feel like if he did this though, it would just be a step backwards and he'd have to start the whole fucking process over again.
