BROS!!!!!!!!!!
I'm trying to go for the pic on the right. I got my haircut like 20 minutes ago, but I feel like I'm missing something, or worse I did something wrong.
What do I need to edit about my current haircut, to get it more like the pic on the right? I already know I need to clip the back....but what about the side where it parts over?
Also, what product is the dude on the right using ?
Basically, I want that guy's medium length undercut, you know. But then again, it doesn't even look like he's parting his hair over to hang on the side...what is he doing with his hair? How do I get that?
Help would be FANTASTICALLY appreciated
Why the fuck didn't you ask whoever cut your hair?
Also yours looks like shit.
>>16479608
She tried lol
I can go back and edit what needs to be done though
What needs to be done?
Were you the one that posted the hairstyle the other day? Didn't people say not to get it?
>>16479562
I like this thread better because of the higher resolution picture.
i haven't cried so hard in my life as i have since yesterday and today.

Agreed. You can see the feels so much better
Where do beta orbiters come from? Why they are so damn persistent?
I'm a girl below average (fat, almost never wear make up, dress like an aunt) and I have 2 already
>telling them flat out I'm not interested didn't fend them off
>not responding to their messages didn't help either
They are respectively 5/10 and 7/10 but so damn creepy. Do I have to block them?
Are you sure they're orbiters and not just trying to be friends?
totally bait
The bait is so real. You made me respond though, so there's that.
Hey /adv/
Let's talk about your first kiss with your SO. Greentext if possible
Let's share some good memories
My first was on a party like month ago I think? I made out while drunk with a drunk girl. She kinda pushed me off of her but only after like 5 seconds
>I actually knew her
>Try to pursue her
>Get burned badly
>Actually lost all the interest in women
My boyfriend and I gave each other our lip virginities under the covers in my bed, on a cold October morning a few days before Halloween. It was after being best friends for years and finally becoming a couple the month before.
We were both so nervous. Our faces were bright red and we had no idea what we were doing. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect first kiss. I'll always remember it.
No one knew we loved each other. I went to my friends house, snuck in her brothers room and we went all out.
I'm your typical 20 years old that browse 4chan. European, used to watch Anime (not anymore), and my main hobby is gaming (esports) and films. I also study languages (Korean/English/French) and the most interesting thing about me is that I've gotten scholarships for short-term studies in Korea twice.
My only gf was 3 years ago. I dated a girl a few months back that I met in some Korean-related event but didn't work out, and I was expecting to go on a date with a girl I met in a otaku con 2 weeks ago but I think she got cold feet as she doesn't answer my texts to confirm the date.
I'm a bit awkward socially but probably better than the general geek/otaku/whatever demography. I'm tired of being alone, how do I meet girls?
I go to hang out to a park with my friends, and there seems to go all the geeky people or whatever, but everybody goes with their group and don't interact unless there are common acquaintances. The thing is, my group is a bit antisocial and actually like to pick on/criticize people from the other groups. So if I find some cute girl I can't just go to talk with her randomly: First, I don't know how to approach her and talk, as they're with a group of friends, maybe males included, so it feels awkward as fuck. Second, it's possible I get dissapproval from my group of friends.
So... I don't know, what do I do? I tried online dating but I have 0 success and it's hard to find a girl with something in common with me.
tumblr cuz undertale
>>16479471
first and foremost, what do you look like? post a pic?
its not even about hot or not, so much as which approach works. some guys can play a sweetie. some guys can play a douche. so post a picture of two of you.
worse comes to worse, we give you a little cleaning up advice.
anywho, moving on.
>geeks at the park
the best thing you can do is wait for an opening. if you scout a qt3.14 and want to make a move, try and observe her in a non stalkery way. if they are geeks, they must have some sort of geeky activity, conversation, or clothing going on. so when you figure out what that interest is, and you know at least a little bit about it, try and make a move. start walking around nonchalantly, typing on your phone, and just wander aimlessly around the park, until you just so happen to be close enough to see their clothes, activity, or hear their conversation
>omg you like attack on titties? me tooooo
>OH EM GEE, THAT MAKES ME MOIST! LETS TALK MORE
you might need to force your way in, but dont be discouraged. sometimes you wont realize it, but they are secretly interested in convo. just this morning i was talking to a chick on the bus about a stephen king novel. she kept going back to the novel she was reading, and i thought it was end of convo, but she would then throw out another little fun fact about reading the book without even being pushed.
sometimes you just gotta wait. sometimes you gotta push, practice. and dont worry. one thing you can do is make yourself the outcast of your group
>oh you like magical girl emodoka? i love it but none of my friends have even seen it, they're such filthy casuals.
then just chat about it and see whats up. dont go straight for a date, especially if you've seen them around before, and know you will again. just chat as long as convenient, then talk about going back to your group. maybe invite their group over to chat with yours if you think your group can handle it.
I think I have cold sores on my lips aka herpes. I'm freaking the fuck out, I've never had them or any other STI in my life and this is just depressing. I have a second date tonight which was going to involve drinking and probably making out. Should I cancel or what?
>>16479463
>I'm freaking the fuck out, I've never had them or any other STI in my life and this is just depressing.
Well now you do, and they're not an STI anyway. The majority of the population has it and they're not depressed about it, accept it and move on. It's up to you whether you cancel, but if a guy cancelled on me because he had a cold sore, I'd think it was a pretty lame excuse.
>>16479467
My trepidation is that he's a nice guy, only been in several relationships, so he probably doesn't have it himself and I know I'll be self conscious as fuck
The other time I felt similarly to this was when I rolled around in bushes as a dumbass teen and got poison oak all over my face
>>16479482
Then tell him. Worst case scenario he leaves, which means he wasn't worth it anyways.
Hi! I would like a little advice about this, I'm sorta freaking out.
There's this boy I like, I know him for a long time but tough I've tried to get close to him it has been hard as hell. As far as I know he doesn't have too many friends and spends almost all his time between college and his apartment.
I went on a date with him about a week ago and it was lovely, but after that it's as if nothing happend. I want to tell him that I like him face to face but he has a busy schelude, so I'm considering telling my feelings via phone.
Is it good? Any advice? Words of courage? Is it better to wait?
>>16479414
Ambush him out of class and *glomp* him and make him, don't ask him, take you back to his place. Make sure to call him senpai and have the PERFECT mix of kawaii and domination or else it won't work.
Wear cat ears.
>god i hope this is the girl i went out with last week
>grandfather, I'll make you proud!
>>16479424
If it's you I'm talking abot it would be pretty convinient for both of us hahahaha.
If it's not me the girl you are thinking about I wish you two a great future together, you sound like a funny guy : 3
PS: Your scenario sounds a little too much for me now, but with time I would do it and even more ; )
>>16479469
>you sound like a funny guy : 3
Jesus, that taste in humour. I already feel sorry for your impending boyfriend.
Have you considered trying to arrange another date and telling him then? Alternately, you could just straight up tell him on the phone, maybe angle for another date while you're there
Low Level Offbroadway actress here, Never encountered it in theater so far, will I ever?
It's real. Very real.
>Never encountered it in theater so far,
Are you a 5/10 or lower? That might be why
If you're good it will show. If you think you're better than you are, it will show.
The most hirable people in any profession have talent but understand there's room to grow.
>"Just man up and ask her out, what's the worst that could happen?"
>Get unfriended and blocked on Facebook.
>All her friends think I'm "creepy".
Well that depends on how you asked her out
>>16479343
It's a girl I work with. I pretty much see her every single day. Sometimes I say hi when she walks by. I'm friends with some of our co-workers on Facebook and I saw her on "people you might know" and added her and she accepted. At work I asked her for her number and she said "uhhhh ummm my phone's broken" I said "oh well whatever so I was wondering if you wanted to get some coffee with me after work" and she said "uhhhh ummmm I'm busy". And next thing I know I'm deleted from her Facebook. She has like 700 friends.
>>16479356
That's hella creepy
Before you post a question, check here to see if it's already been answered
Keep your questions short and sweet for more answers.
And please no derailing arguments.
Avoid asking these common questions:
>Is it normal for me to go to a club/bar by myself?
Yes. Stop overthinking this.
>Do girls/guys like <insert specific look>?
Some do, some don't.
>I'm shy and afraid of people/rejection. What do I do?
Think positive, and get over it by practicing and exposing yourself to it.
>I like someone. What do I do?
Ask them out.
>How can I tell if someone likes me?
Ask them out.
>Where do I meet girls/guys?
Anywhere outside. Or online.
>Is my body part big/small enough?
>Am I short/tall enough?
Most likely
>Someone did something insignificant. What does it mean?
Nothing significant. Stop overthinking it.
>XYZ happened. Did I fuck it up with this guy/girl?
Maybe, maybe not. We're not in their head, we don't know. No amount of your walls of text will fix that.
>This person did something that hurt my feelings. Why do guys/girls do this?
Because shit people are shit people. It's not a gendered thing
>Would you date a virgin?
As long as they aren't insecure about it. Complex's are a total turn-off.
>Someone has made it abundantly clear they're no longer interested in me. Do I still have a chance?
No
>Where do I go on a first (or subsequent) date?
Pick one or more of the following: coffee, lunch, dinner, drinks, ice cream, movies, zoo, aquarium, museum, art gallery, <activity in your city>
>That one guy who keeps asking about cuddling in platonic friendships
No one wants to cuddle you. Stop asking
>Brandon or Female Brandon
Piss off.
>Frog
Also piss off.
How do I make it clear I'm looking for a relationship and not just friendship desu
>>16479282
In what context?
Guys who have no luck with women and tell themselves that women are inferior, that they're all whores, etc. - does this actually make you feel better about anything? Genuinely curious
I'm a 26 year old guy. Recently, I got in touch with a hooker online who lives in my city and asked her when I could meet her. Turns out that she is married with a husband, and that the husband is in on it. She says that they take single guys as well, and that the husband won't be an issue. As long as I pay, of course. They have their own place.
Have any of you guys been in a similar situation? Should I go ahead with it and see what it's all about? I don't have any experience with hookers, but I'm at a point in my life where there is no other option for me currently (so don't give me advice on alternates). The whole thing does look shady, and getting conned would suck big time. What do you guys suggest I should do? (Pic unrelated but nice)
Sounds pretty gross dude.
It sounds like an issue to you because she has a husband?
whores can have love too
>>16479260
Do they sound like a cop
how do I get over my fear of presenting /adv/?
Get high before the presentation
Works every time
>>16479263
How to acquire the weeds?
>>16479263
This is awful advice
Best thing to do OP, is just do it.
Everyone is scared of presenting, some people just hide it better than others. Just make sure you're prepared. Lack of preparation is what makes me personally the most nervous.
Suggest me what to do of my situation and how to proceed:
I met a very lovely girl about 4 months ago. So, I decided to become closer to her, by speaking more often with her.
Got to know her and all. For the first 2 months it was perfect, we were getting closer and closer. No arguments and we were completely matching.
I knew I was far off from her friendzone. I knew how she treats her friends, and it was nothing like that. Then it hit me - I was probably a guy she was nice towards to, mainly because I was an actual nice guy (not the fedora wearers). What if she just wanted to let me down without hurting me too much? Looking back at it:
> I was starting 99.99% of the conversations
> I was leading the conversations
She never did express dislike for them, but never showed anything more than just going with them.
About 1 week ago I decided to cut all contact with her - no speaking, eye contact or social medias. So far, she seems to be totally normal and unchanged.
Should I tell her how I feel or should I focus on forgetting her and moving on?
Anyone, please?
Wait, if I'm reading this right, you
>were interested in a girl
>didn't do anything to show your interest
>cut her off BEFORE she rejects you in case she rejects you
Is that correct?
>So far, she seems to be totally normal and unchanged.
Here is your answer.
If she really wanted to talk/see you, she would make the effort.
I'm breaking up with a girl today, I started disliking her after the first three weeks (qt 3.14 but way too cringy and way too clingy) but was too much of a beta to actually put her off. But I've gotta do it now before it gets more serious, otherwise I'm fucked since it was her first relationship and she got too much into it. Thing is we have some friends in common in college and I don't want to be seen like a complete imbecile.
I asked her out for dinner and I'm doing it there, how should I do it? Pic related, I just want to go back being a weeb
I must say that i would prefer to not have such a conversation in public. Best case scenario would be that you go to her place so she's already at home. No need to maker her take the train with watery eyes. Even better if you can get this over like a mature human.
>>16479156
I planned on taking her home by car, it's not like I'm a jerk, things just got out of control and I'm terrible with breakups
>>16479146
>I asked her out for dinner and I'm doing it there
Asking her out for dinner is building her up to knock her down.
>Best case scenario would be that you go to her place so she's already at home.
this.
I'd do the dinner and just tell her a couple of days later or something.
I lost a bet with a college buddy of mine. I had to lay on the floor and let him and a friend of his use my face and chest as a footrest for 2 hours while they played video games. A couple days later, I ended up with a rash on my face. It itches and burns and left my face scaly. It turns out that the guy using my face as a footrest has athletes foot. He was wearing his shoes when he had his feet up on my face though but we did some reading on google and it looks like it can be transmitted through carpet. We think it was living on the bottom of his shoes.
How do you treat it? It's all around my eyes, nose and mouth. I don't want to put anything in those areas to treat it that's dangerous to have by your eyes or mouth.
>>16479064
As someone who hates feet, this is the most disgusting thing I've ever read on here.
>>16479064
Op, it's easy. Keep your face warm and moist, use a warm wet towel on your face. Don't use any anti bacterial stuff. It'll get worse before it gets better but this is what you should do. Especially make sure to keep areas you don't want it to spread to warm and moist.
>>16479088
Oh, and it will take time, weeks even so if it looks like it's getting worse, don't worry. That's a good sign.
