Hey /adv/,
How do you deal with gynecomastia?
I have a party to attend tomorrow and I'm really worried about what to do with my man boobs. I found an okay shirt to wear in the party but that shirt projects out my big manboobs and I really feel like not going to the party.
>I never used to go out for anything. Basically an introvert but now I joined a new collage and got so many new friends who really understands me and they are pretty much awesome (infact I never really had these many friends in the past). I think the primary factor that reduces my confidence level is my man boobs. I always keep my arms a bit forward when I walk so people won't notice it much. Yes, my man boobs are a bit bigger in size and its pretty much noticeable from a few meters away. I always have a feeling that people are looking at my chest.
After trying on so many shirts and not being fixed on any one of them, I called one of my friends and told him that I ain't coming for the party but they warned me that if I don't go to the party they will pick me up from my home and get me to the party in the dress I'm wearing.
I tried doing so many chest exercises and I then read in an article that doing push ups and other chest-related exercises will only make my man-boobs protrude more because the muscles under the breast tissues are increasing.
So, I really don't have any hope in solving this problem. Also the surgery costs are too high for a poor collage fag like me.

I have the strangest feeling ever.
Today i've just landed in Japan, but i dont know why, im not "excited" at all, it was one of my dreams, i wanted to live there for months etc but i'm just not happy, im not miserable thought, it's just meh.
I've been in Tokyo already once, two years ago where i met one of my best girl friend ever, she's truly perfect, and i think i mighty have some feeling (not reciprocate) for her, but that another story.
Today i've made her a surprise with my visit and she was truly happy, she cried from happiness ^^
But The thing that bothering me its that i dont feel usefull to her now, i know im still her dear friend and i count to her but i have this feeling like she'be made some "better friends" than me, some People who suit her better, People smarter, more interesting, i dont know im not jealous at all i just feel sad.
I've saw that she changed a lot too, she putted an end to her 6years relationship with her ex in february, she felt relieved she's so happy, she moved ok so fast while im still struggling with my broke up who happened 1 year ago, she have some project, she travel a lot, she do things she like... Its amazing, but i just feel like a shitty human being when im near her. When she knew me, i had everything, money, love, i even had her attention, i did stuff that i liked, i was truly happy.
But now i feel so crushed by her charisma that i dont know how to deal with thoses feels...
Maybe i just think too much, im sorry if it's not too understandable, english is not my first langage, but i had to vent.
What do /adv/ ? Anyone have been in this kind of situation before ?

..So basically I'm coordinating a concert, and in my city theres another organizer (A company) having the same artist here 2 weeks before my show. They posted lies on twitter about my show because people were choosing between ours, and I completely lost my shit because they have a lot more followers and seem more "legit" than me. Their show is tomorrow and im really on the fence about going because I don't want to support the organizer but I want to meet the artists + the one im booking.
I had a mental breakdown and posted a bunch of shit on twitter and I dont think anyones taking me seriously now.

They have the grand commercial concert, you have the alternative underground gig. This situation is pretty common especially the same weekend or even same night, and believe me, if played out right the people are not talking about the big concert afterwards.
Its actually way better for you they are doing that because you can check what to do better(especially sound wise, this is important, make it sound perfect) and all the normies will go to the first concert which leaves a better crowd wich results in stronger connection between band and audience. The band will enjoy it more and perform better, the people will say your concert was way better afterwards, which is good publicity for you, but don't pump it up too much cause you wanna keep your underground imago.
