Help me get an internship, /adv/

I spoke to someone last night who worked at an IT company. It just so happened to be the same one i tried working for/ getting an internship with.

However, he himself isnt hiring or looking for interns, but someone else in the company might be.

He added me on facebook and told me I should come by soon.

How do i go about this? I dont want to sound like an autist.

He wanted to give me the other guy's phone number but I thought it would be rude to randomly call someone and ask for an internship/ job.

One of my friends previously had an internship there under the same guy I wanted to work under, and now hes making $80K starting.

I asked him and he said "Just show up."

I've been in a relationship for 9 months now. Everybody says it's me that's out of her league, I don't think so, I think that she's beautiful, it seems not so many people do.

She also hates herself, is incredibly paranoid, and will accuse me of the most wild shit (STD's, cheating, lying) despite the fact that she indeed lied to me about somebody and cheated on me (kissed somebody at a party) early in the relationship.

She is currently mad at me for following another female on a social media app.

It's surprising that I still love her, to be honest. The idea of being without her is horrid, but I'm coming to the end of the line.

I feel like I've done everything I can, but I still feel like I'm the bad one.

What kind of jobs can pay the bills, but allow you enough time to pursue what it is you really want to in life?

So I was just cleaning up my room and I just came across this handmade birthday card from my ex-girlfriend at university.

I fucking loved that girl, like 'the one' kind of love, she will always be beautiful to me, I'll never forget looking into her eyes, the memory of her is burned into my fucking soul, I've never felt the same about someone, I never did before and I haven't since. I've moved on but it just isn't the same, I almost felt as if our souls were intertwined and honestly I feel like if our relationship hadn't gone south

Ultimately due to incredibly bad timing our relationship was a trainwreck, it was weirdly the best and worst 3 months of my life, so many horrible horrible things coincided with each other and we ended up just being awful to each other and breaking up. She moved on a month afterwards and she's still with the same guy.

Anyway, I'm just wondering what you guys think, I don't want validation for what I'm feeling, as I once did, I know how I feel and that bridge between us was burned three years ago. I just want to know what to do with the birthday card, it rekindled a fire in me I thought had gone, I hadn't realised it was there inside me, as soon as I saw it part of me wanted to burn it but part of me wanted to keep it forever. It's a handmade birthday card with a lot of personal value between us and honestly, It was the nicest, most heartfelt gift anyone's ever given me.

Should I burn it or should I throw it away? I cannot for the life of me decide.

So I matched with a girl I know on Bumble. It's basically Tinder, but the girl has to initiate the conversation within 24 hours. She hasn't messaged yet. I was crushing on her pretty hard in college, but we've both graduated. We're still Facebook friends; would it be weird if I reached out to her there?

Any advice on how I can fit all my stuff in here? (see pic)
A Closet for lots of clothing is not an option. so what can I do for that? A TV stand probably doesnt fit either and and cupboards for all my other crap too.

on the left side you see the heater, there is a big ass window to the balcony so nothing can stand there. the right side behind the matress is the bathroom so no option there either. the space i am takin the shot from is where the bed is (so that space is gone) really just the space you see.

How do you stop obsessing over a girl you probably have zero chance with (pretty sure has a BF), when you have to keep seeing her every week?

It's already awkward between us, because I moved from talking to her every time to not initiating any conversation with her.

Is it too late for me to start my undergrad at 26?

My education path would take me 6 years. I wanted to do 4 years of Kin and then a 2 years masters of physio. But I'm starting to think graduating at 32 is just too late to get my life started. That the debt I'd rack up just isn't worth it. 6 years of school and stress while my friends all are starting their lives, while I'm poor living in a one bedroom apartment trying to work summers and weekends to pay rent.

Should i just go become a plumber or some shit? Trades make great money here in Canada.

What's your opinion on school past 25?

Should I ask out my coworker who I added on Linkedin? In short, there is no way possible for me to ask her out in person due to where we work at the job and rules at the job. And she is way prettier than any girl I've talked to on dating sites in my city.

Thoughts? It could work out great and she could say yes. I'm not worried about her rejecting me asking her out. That would take a great weight off my chest. I'm more worried of entering a relationship and then it not working out and then it being awkward at work. I only communicate with her over email at work mostly now, but maybe in the future I will be promoted and work more with her in person. But she is seriously my ideal in terms of looks, she brightens my day at this boring job!

So I'm tired of having to put my hair in a ponytail just to get the hair out of my face.

So I found some hair clips on a counter and used two f them to pull the hair back on both sides of my head.

I have a friend who's in a bit of a financial shithole at the moment.
He's stuck in a housing contract that's too much for him for the next 7 months, owes 2.5k to student finance and his bank, and he has a shitty part time job with no hope for more hours.

He dropped out of uni but is still on record as a student; if he loses that little mark on his name, he'll revert to a bank account and have to pay interest on his fully used overdraft, and student finance will just take the money that doesn't exist and say 'fuck you'.
There's also the overhanging risk of fraud for not having told the aforementioned that he's no longer a student, and probably some evaded taxes.

Shit's a mess. What do? What can do?

Just a few hours ago I met these American girls on the street while hopping between night clubs. They were international students attending my university and they mentioned they had been in the country for 4 days. They were the most nicest and receptive girls I met that evening compared to all the other kiwi girls I sarge at night clubs and being the average frustrated chump who has never gotten laid, I was egging for a threesome with them. So we were checking out night clubs/bars and none of them seemed to be to their liking. We walk to this night club that has a $15 door charge for each individual and the bouncer offers $15 for all of us. I go over to the ATM and with draw 20 because they don't accept bank cards. We get upstairs and a few minutes they tell me they have to go to the bathroom and ask me where it is. I tell them I have no clue because I barely know they venue and they tell me stay where I am while they go outside, presumably to some public restroom. After 30 minute long cynical wait, it was self-evident they ditched me. Has this happened to any of you anons before? Should I refuse to pay for any door entries for any girls I meet in future? I obviously made a pretty dick move here; we should of moved onto another club with no entry fee and maybe I would eventually have gotten a threesome.
