My friend just got his current girlfriend of 3 months pregnant. He's an ex heroin addict felon. She's has a few DUIs, I think, and she is also an ex heroin addict, although she's still taking Suboxone, which she's been on for like 6 years now. He can't even afford his own rent, and she can't finish school now, like it matters anyway because she's flunking out. He lives in a halfway house. He already has a daughter with another baby mama, who has 3 other kids, from 3 different guys, including him. He and his current girlfriend sell weed together, he works at a pizza place, and she works in catering sometimes. I told him to get abortion, and they aren't doing that, and he said he would make it work, even though he knows he's fucked. I told him to give it up for adoption. He's 25, she's 26. They haven't told any of the parents yet. He can't even afford his own daughter who's almost 7 now. And I'm pretty sure his parents won't help him and I'm also pretty sure her parents will be upset. So what do you guys think?

They have a fucked up relationship too, and I feel like she trapped him with this baby. He describes their relationship as fighting and fucking. But he's been unfaithful to her when he gets mad at her, and she has cheated on him in the past and does other weird shit with him now. He's even put a GPS tracker in her car. So again I ask, what do you think he should do with the baby situation?

How do you cope with loosing someone you love?
I got dumped by my girlfriend. She just fell in love with someone else. She actually had principles, and I never expected that from her.
We've been doing everything together for 4 years, and now I just can't stop thinking about her, and it hurts. When I'm listening to music, cooking, playing vidya, taking a shower, and even going to bed, I'm haunted by the fact that she's not with me anymore, and she's probably enjoying some other guy's dick. It's a real torture.
I've been drinking myself to sleep, tried to hate her, but it just doesn't work. It's not the first time I get dumped, but it's the first time I loose so much.
How did you cope with it? How did you get better?
Needless to say I'm an insecure fat fuck, finding another girlfriend would take years, if it ever happened.
Bonus question: Where do I have to look for a new relationship? How can I start a new one? And how do you make a girl fall in love with you?

I can't figure out what to do with my life.

I'm 25 with maybe one and a half semesters worth of college credit, and 4 years of military experience in a combat MOS which has no practical application outside of the battlefield.

I really have no idea what I want to do. I'm really interested in finance and I'm pretty okay at math. I also do small computer programming projects in Python and C++ in my spare time. I just don't really want to endure an entire bachelor's degree because it will be four years of study at the very least, and I don't want to be a 30 year old newcomer to the workforce.

I've considered doing a 2 year electrical diploma at my local community college, or possibly enrolling in an EMT course, since I think being a paramedic would be a very rewarding career. What do you guys think?

Has anyone else dealt with Porn ED with multiple girls? I just had my second incident and wow does this suck some major fuckin balls..

I've been having suicidal thoughts for over a year now.

I hang out with people I dislike, I wear clothes that I wouldn't even look at and say things I don't really mean. I just wanted to have friends and be happy. Society taught me how to be successful but I'm not satisfied. I don't love my girlfriend - I have her because I don't want to be a loser.

My personality has died a long time ago - I no longer know what things I like and what do I want to do. I'm pretending to be an extroverted narcissist and it's extremely exhausting. It's more tiring than my job.

I'm scared about people's opinions of me. Every insult hurts even though I try to hide it. I can't do stuff like dancing or singing because I'm scared.

My body is a piece of shit - I managed to get fit but I still have a lot of acne and scars on my back. I have phimosis and there's no hope of losing virginity for me, even though I have a girlfriend. No, she doesn't know.

I'm extremely envious of other people. I can't endure the fact that someone might be more handsome or have more money. It hurts.

I might sound like an edgy teenager but I hate almost everything. People around me, media, music, movies, video games, art, sports and my future. I'm embarrassed by the fact that I was born in Europe and I will always remain a peasant in foreigners' eyes. Pretending to be a different person made me hate everything I loved. I feel like a materialist shit, because the only thing that keeps me going is my envy.

Is there any hope for me? I was thinking about moving to US but I'm scared of the fact that I will be a lonely yuropoor with bad english in a giant city full of americans.

How do I acquire a sense of humor, to make girls and even other people laugh and interested in me?

I had my fair share of girlfriends before. Some were purely by accident, some were because they saw how much of a compassionate guy I am, but never because I can make them laugh. I can be funny at times, but it's rare. An example I can think of is when I was outside talking to a chick and it was freezing so I made a comment about how at this rate ill be a frozen popsicle swirl (because im black but "mixed" as people would call me [mom is black, dad is white]) and it made her laugh, but that would be it for the night. It sucks. I know if I were more funny, I could definitely get a gals #, but sometimes I feel that I am not, therefore I fear people would find me boring.

What are your secrets? What do you guys do to make someone laugh?

I really don't want to be that guy who whines about his life but if I can't say it here then where can I fucking say it. I have no family to talk to, my only 2 friends are too far to meet up with and barely talk to me online (I initiate every conversation), only person that has ever cared is a counsellor which quite frankly only really cares because that's their job. What the fuck do I do? I've never even been in an actual relationship, closest thing was an online LDR for a week before it got cut off. No one has ever even approached me, and I hate the idea of becoming a fucking wizard. It just feels like no one actually gives a fuck about me, I don't expect people too either, I don't even expect to get replies, all I can do is hope.

I met this girl not too long ago. We're both immigrants from Eastern Europe, living in the same western country. We had pretty much the same childhood/upcoming story (abusive families, poverty, tough time adjusting in, etc.), and because of it, we connected pretty well with one another. I think we could have something more serious going in the near future in terms of friendship. I am fairly sure she'd be down for it. I like her a lot, too. Except for one thing, which is pretty huge for me.

We've got this "game", right?. We basically try to one-up each other on random topics. It's quite entertaining, and we get to know each other very well through doing it. We've talked like this for hours. We've covered a lot of topics, going through politics, music, art in general, philosophy, life, etc. Now, the thing is, she's started to act very weirdly about it, and she didn't use to do that when we first started messing around.

She basically snaps, and goes "FINE, I'M DUMB, YOU'RE SMART! FUCK YOU!" on me, gets incredibly mad, and I have to actually convince her each time that whatever was that I said wasn't a part of some master plan to make her feel like shit, insult her, or dominate her in general; it was just part of the game. And initially I thought this was some sort of act she has going, which is directly related to the game itself, but now I am starting to realize that she might have some issues that I need to find out about/understand before actually letting her in my life.

Or, I showed her this profile of a girl that I know, who happens to be a good friend of mine. Said girl is a model, and she's very good-looking. When I showed it to her, again, she snaps, and goes: "Why did you just show me that? Are you trying to humiliate me? To make me feel ugly?" And the thing is, she is not ugly at all. The exact opposite, really.

So what's going on, adv? Is she insane? Am I doing something wrong on a general level?
