I work at a lost and found office. Every 2 months we remove old items and separate their contents to either trash, charity, or auction. My co worker has been keeping lottery tickets found in such old items and i'm assuming that he's checking them to collect winnings. Today I threw out all the lottery tickets he had saved up into the shred bin.
If he finds out tomorrow and gets angry, who is in the wrong? Could I be in trouble for this? The tickets cant go to auction or charity, so they must logically go in the trash right? I was just doing the most ethical thing.

Hey /adv/.
This is a long story and a hell of a mess, so here goes. Really looking for help or someone to talk to. I know that I'm shitty. So, don't bother with telling me. I know.
Some background information about me- I have long term depression 10+ years, moderate social anxiety and PTSD from physical and emotional abuse growing up. Dropped out of university around 2 and a half years ago.
So, I moved to a big city from my home town with a girl that I'm madly in love with around 2-3 years ago.
We've had our problems, but we've always worked things out until recently when she had an abortion and shit sort of built up and hit the fan. I had been out of work for a number of months due to my mental health conditions- I was on assistance but it was a really big stressor on our relationship.
We had a big fight, I broke up with her in the heat of the moment and she told me to move out. Been living in a house with strangers for a month.
During this time, me and my ex had been intimate and we talked every day because we're still in love with each other.
We had been making a lot of progress and I've been taking steps to find work and get my life together and fix the problems with us.
However in this time she has been meeting other people and hooking up to my knowledge.
We were hanging out tonight, went for dinner and just generally having a good time, until I noticed a set of keys that belong to some guy I know she's been seeing- so I lost it and tossed them as hard as I could into the street. She was mad as fuck and drove me home- on the way, there was a CD playing in the car of a band that this fucking guy is in so I tossed it out the window along with the case. She peeled the fuck out and told me to get out. So, I walked home and tried to message her but she blocked me.
I feel totally fucking garbage right now, and I know that what I did was jealous and immature but I'm not some cuck.
Really don't know what to do with myself, kind of want to kill myself.

i'm currently in my first serious relationship. my gf and i have been together for nearly 1.5 years. i didn't have much experience with relationships prior to this one and limited experience with women in a romantic sense.
she is taking summer classes to catch up on her academics. i'm awaiting my program to start in the coming fall. i've been interning at a local hospital for the past couple of months and may be securing employment with them shortly. prior to the internship i had a lot of time on my hands and spent a great deal of it with her. this is the first period of our relationship where she and i are on rigid schedules and don't have time to see each other as often as we would like.
in the past week since she started classes she has started doing something strange: she texts me about her male classmates. here are a few examples:

>that guy from chem asked me to go to the library with him tomorrow to study and i'm going since i don't understand anything
she has done these sorts of things before but it was usually with some disdain (like mentioning a guy flirted with her and she just wanted to get away from him or how these guys were trying to talk to her and her not being eager to chat, some guy trying to get her attention while at a stop light, etc).
i feel like the tone changed with these guys. she's complimenting them and opting to spend time with them. what really got me was her comment about the one guy from class being "interesting."
i feel like she's just casually dropping these interactions with guys in her class as a means to get a reaction out of me? i never ask her about her classmates, just about how class is going. she has been doing this repeatedly now and it's striking me as odd.

I want to major at biology, having a career in research in mind.
However, I live in Brazil. Even our best university (Universidade de São Paulo) can't provide me a good structure.
To make things better, majoring biology here = teaching; that means having shitty salaries and an awful profession (no disrespect for the teachers, but this is my country's reality).
My two options are either choosing another course or studying outside Brazil. So I ask you: is the latter worth it?

I have huge communication problems with my parents, last year they cause something that destructed and ruined my daily life then i started to not call them and kept communication low, also they do not even cared about what happened me.they act like nothing had happened...
