I'm stressed.

So I've been working out for the past few months, I've seen some improvement and all which is good. But here is the problem. I can't stop thinking about girls... Working out has caused my T levels to go up a bit. And it forces me to think about girls often. NOT a good thing. It's driving me crazy, and it's starting to stress me out. I don't want to think about girls, but naturally being a male who is excerising, my god damn body is making me.

Should I quit working out? This shit is seriously bothering me.

So I just moved home after graduating college and a friend of mine lost his fucking mind and thinks hes a girl. Ive been trying to help him understand the serious issues with the line of thinking.
Firstly hes always struggled in relationships. Like just getting a girl, not even the actual relationship. But then if you are a tranny

Then theres the suicide rates and the fact that trannies are usually the most degenerate people you will ever meet even if you dont count them being a tranny. Like most of them are furries.
tldr; my friend is very mentally ill and I feel bad because it happened when I was off to college and I fear its too late now.

my boyfriend of a year is a super solid guy with great character and morals. he's very honest, considerate, responsible, smart, loving and sweet... he's been a volunteer for helping autistic children, willingly participates in charities, he would without fail hand over whatever change he's carrying for any homeless people he comes across, also he's a generous tipper, and just an amazing guy over all.

but his biggest flaw is how easily angered he gets. he gets angry at his cat meowing at his door and threatens to beat it up (he obviously never does otherwise it wouldn't go near him), when something of bad luck comes his way he rants and raves about it like it's the worst thing ever, and in some cases he would punch walls or tables if he is angered badly enough. like one time, when some drunk chick kept being really rude to him at work, he managed to punch a hole in the wall at his work place. (which he fessed up to to his boss even if he could've gotten away with it)

he has gotten short with me once when i gently suggested that he looks for another job (because i know it causes him so much stress) but he still said "i love you" before ignoring me for several hours while at work. later that night, he returned a text telling me he understood my concerns and knew i wasn't trying to make him mad. (basically his way of apologizing... he's the type that only apologizes when it's absolutely necessary)

i gotten out of an emotionally abusive relationship 2 years ago, and have been extra cautious since... i actively try to avoid starting fights and am very careful with not trying to escalate things. (thanks to the conditioning of my abusive parents and ex...) i'm afraid of his temper and want him to improve on it but i don't know how to bring this up to him... and to be honest i'm a little afraid of his reaction even though it's more likely he'll try to re-assure me that he wouldn't harm me.

also i'm not quite sure how to judge him... am i being excessively paranoid?

Alright people. Let's see what magic you can do. I have a friend, we'll call him Steve. Steve is a huge closet furry. Huge. He's very good at hiding it to, but he's going through a lot of PHYCOLOGICAL stuff because he has to hide it. I'm one of the only people he trusts enough to tell me. We go to a public school, so if anyone could. Out it would be on social media and everyone would literally rip him apart. He's well liked generally and takes good care of himself, ie not fat does track hair isn't shaved or trashy. Normally because I'm pretty much a therapist myself, I'd handle it but it's gotten so out of control. I'd like to see what you guys have to say.

How does a guy know if he's attractive or not?
I've had girls stare at me before, but how the fuck am I supposed to know whether or not they want my dick? I know I'm not ugly, but I don't know if I look good enough to just be able to hit on random girls, which is pretty much my only option since there aren't very many females around where I work which is also where I happen to spend most of my time. Id post a pic of myself, but I'm pretty sure my friends would laugh there asses off if they found out I was this insecure.

About to graduate high school here. Never been too masculine myself, mostly due to genetics and my environment growing up. I understand it's entirely on me to change who I am for the better and as I head into college I've been preparing to do so.

Still, what should us men be working towards? What are some qualities the best of men exhibited, outside of blanket terms like leadership and charisma, or big muscles and immense confidence?

As a side note, do any of you think the view of what constitutes masculinity has changed in recent times?
Is there a modern definition of a man whose qualities differ from what they used to be?
Is it impossible for some males to become "men" by society's standards regardless of what they do?

Hi everybody. How would somebody with Asperger's go about dating somebody? I'm 26 and have never been in a relationship due to a combination of things ranging from a strong dislike of physical contact and having a generally hard time expressing myself properly. How do I combat this and just behave like a normal enough person to be able to actually date somebody?

Preface: This is a weird question and a lot of you are going to ask why I would be considering this in the first place or will simply want to say "No, don't do this, you're an idiot." I totally understand where you're coming from. However, the purpose of this post is to get information on some technical questions: Can you turn yourself in for committing slander (as opposed to someone filing a complaint)? Since the burden of proof is put on the victim, is it possible for me as the aggressor to volunteer that proof even though it would hurt me to do so?

Situation: I heavily criticized a restaurant, saying everything from saying there food was bad to claiming to know they had pest issues. A lot of what I said were exaggerations or flat out lies.

I would tell customers from my work not to go to this restaurant routinely (approximately 2 customers per shift, 5-6 shifts a week, for 8 years). Where I work, it's common for people to ask about restaurants in the area.
Assuming I'm going to do this no matter how stupid I would be to do so: Could I turn myself in to the police, tell them I've committed slander, and offer them evidence and approximate damages? Would they then call the restaurant and ask the owner if he wants to press charges? Alternatively, could I send a letter to the owner of the restaurant and offer to fully comply if he wishes to file a complaint and even maybe pay for his legal fees?

Since i broke up with my ex, i changed into another diferent person.
I became myself on the internet but in real life.
I met my ex who was my first gf when i was 16 and i just made her laugh soo much and all that.
Well she left me 1 month ago and after me crying a lot i just choosed to move on and it worked in some way.
Since im a funny guy irl right now because i feel soo confident and all that i've been with 6 girls now, which is a lot for me, just short relationships based on sex.
But my problem is that i just feel empty, i always remember my ex and i end up having sex with another girl and hurting her.
I am a really good person im loyal and since she broke up with me i just feel nothing.

And after 1 month, she called me, my ex called me saying that she just did not believe a person like me would be fucking all those girls and that our relationship didn't mean anything to me.
She left ME , after telling me she wanted to merry me, after telling me she loved me soo much she would do anything for me.
But in 1 day she just changed.

And now she wants to be with me again.
And guys this girl means soo much for me, she makes me happy and i love her but...

What do i do
