So today I went to a local store to exchange an item and the girl who helped me was extremely cute and kept asking me things like what I did and where I lived, etc. The process took about 30 minutes because we had to test some things but she seemed fairly interested.. I didn't make a move or anything because she did have like some type of a band on her finger.
When I got home I looked up her name (from her nametag) + the store she worked at and found her profile on FB. (is that weird?).
She seems to be in a relationship but I don't think she's engaged, would it be weird if I messaged her or added her?

I currently suffer under major mood swings, ranging from barely feeling indifferent to anything to actually being pissed off at everything.
Call it depression.
Thing is life is better than ever before, I managed to pull myself out of a giant hole, yet im more depressed than before.
I stopped being a neet shut in, am /fit, stopped abusing the shit out of weed/alcohol, lost my virginity, started dating, got a secondary job, found a group of (best) friends and so on.
But I lost my ambition, my drive, my desire.
Im lost, I don't do things because I WANT to do them, I do them because I know they are objectively the right thing to do.
But I don't draw any pleasure out of it living like that.
I've actually lost my libido despite recently losing my virginity, there is just no desire.(I do get wood/get off no problem) but I could go without fapping for a month if I don't remind me to do it.
So, any advice? Self help book recommendations?

My girlfriend and I are staying with my folks to save some money before our baby is born, my oldest brother lives here and has never moved out, has no friends etc. One day my gf was in the kitchen an started to cry asking him why hasnt he shown interest in his niece, he replies "the baby is still inside you?" and she got really hurt and told him to fuckoff and he answered by yelling at her saying" fuck you and fuck your daughter". I instinctively almost fought him but my gf kept me from it, The balls to say that about my unborn daughter to the woman i love. I just dont know if I can ever forgive him for it. Part of me feels bad for not hitting him, but thats not gonna solve shit. I dont want his misery to ruin my gf's comfortability

Hey, can you guys help me out?
So I recently purchased a Gamecube and was wondering how to get the best image quality. When hooked up to my HDTV with composite cables, it seems to produce a very low resolution image (240p, I believe). The picture is just too muddy. From the research I've conducted, it appears that component cables result in the best image quality, however they're a tad bit expensive.
Do you guys have any suggestions for getting the optimal Gamecube experience?

Help, I'm very bad at conveying my emotions or thoughts because of my r9kness and I don't know what to say. Here's the breakdown:
>mother wants a divorce
>my three brothers, my father and I don't want this
>she suspects my father of infidelity, through some sketchy text and facebook messages she's found from the past year
>father said he was just humoring these women that messaged him, that it never led to anything else (which I believe because of anecdotal evidence)
>she won't listen to my father, thinks he's a big liar
>she's coming home very rarely now, probably staying with a friend
I know she'll listen to her children which includes me but I don't know what to say to persuade her to not divorce. I know her mood is very unstable so if I say the wrong thing it'll mean the end of it.

just from reading your post it seems to me like you have an insistence on seeing your father in the best possible light and an inability to see from your mother's perspective. Flirting with women on facebook and through texts is not appropriate, even if he was just "humoring these women" whatever that means. There is also likely deeper problems in the relationship that you don't really get.

Hey /adv/,
Should I tell my coworker that I like her? We have really good banter and I feel like I can be myself around her. I think about her a lot and I’m definitely attracted to her. I’m pretty sure that she likes me to a certain extent because she’s giving off the signals such as smiling at me, laughing at my jokes, and playing with her hair.
The problem is that I’m not dumb and I know I shouldn’t shit where I eat. Also she is a single mom which may lead to possible future drama. I know I shouldn’t even think about her as a potential love interest but I honestly don’t like most girls. The one saving grace is that I only plan on staying where I work for one more year.

I think I've just received the longest breakup text I've seen in my life. It left me with more questions than answers. It started off by her tell me that she is suffering from medication withdrawal symptoms and her health has been bad

how bad are we talking? You may need to go to a hospital and get them stitched to properly heal. Otherwise just put some antiseptic on them and change your bandages daily. You have to let the wound air a bit between changings or else the scab will form too soft and could wash off while you're showering.
Got any pics btw? I've always been fascinated by wounds.

rather than just putting straight tape over a wound I prefer an old fashioned bandaid, cut a piece of a 4x4 bandage dressing, place some antiseptic on it and put that over the wound then use medical tape to tamp it down tight over the wound. Good way to control a bleed too.

Anyone else struggle to fit into society here? I know a large amount of people on here are NEET, but anyone else here at least trying to make an effort?
It seems wherever I work I am a problem.

>Always do garbage in sales since I can't even socialize, let alone confidently sell something
>Get let go because Boss says she has to cut back hours, but I knew she was just starving me of hours to get rid of me
>Move on to restaurant

Probably not. Employers want people who have people skills, can get along with others and can work both independently and in a team of varying sizes. Without these things, you're constantly going to be overlooked in favour of people who may not have as good grades as you, but do have these things.

Its not that I necessarily have bad people skills when it comes to customers themselves. Customers are basically just repeating the same question over and over again. Its routine and easy. I just give off bad vibes when I don't mean to.
