Hey I've posted on here before about my brother.
He verbally abuses me for asking him to pick up his things, physically assaults my dad and I, destroys property, refuses to leave the house, and has killed at least two of our cats to name a few of the things he's done. Basical he's an abusive prick and he knows he can get away with these things.
I've tried to keep my tail between my legs but it's gotten to the point where I can't stand to be around him anymore. I know it might sound harsh, but I just want him in jail. What kind of evidence do I need to get a conviction? My sister and I have recorded several things from past instances. Like holes in doors and walls, and a pair of broken glasses. I've recorded audio of fights between the parents and him where he started banging on the walls out of anger. Plus eyewitness accounts from every family member.
Also in order to call the cops do I have to wait until he attacks me again? It's just he's getting more ballzy with his attacks, and I'm afraid of what might happen.

If you had a guy friend, who was very special too you. I guess more than a friend sense. And you both shared a moment together and kissed before he left your country. knowing it could be years before you see him again. Is that something you'd cherish and remember?
I'm going to be visiting said girl. this might be the last time I ever see her again (I hope not), but We just don't know what the future will bring. We are both realists, and understand how life can be shitty. She means so much to me, I want to share at least a moment like described with her, sex would be incredible, but if not, it would just mean so much to me to share a kiss with her. Oh we do, we talk on Whatsapp, and skype when we can. I just meant, like actually being able to spend time together, in real life. I'll be traveling in her country in a few months, and we plan to meet again. But after this trip, it could be quite some time before she comes to my country to visit, but who knows what will happen. Things change. So it's important to me that this meet is special for us both.

I (22) met a girl (27) at my track and field club around 2 years ago. She was always nice and playful with me but we were never more than partners (she was getting married at the time).
She invited me to an after party, only me, her bf and another couple to get drunk together (former cheerleader captain). She was getting awfully flirty with me but I knew she was just fooling around.
And then she stopped going to the gym and thus stopped talking until today where I graduated from school and won a prestigious award. She wrote on my post "Congrats! We should really go out and celebrate someday".
Keep in mind she is like an alpha female and is hard to read (once she mentioned she likes virgins which I still am). I am no longer attracted to her at all but I don't like being manipulated and seen as weak.
What should be the proper response?

Hey niggas, I want some advice from some fit ass mothafuckas about losing specifically body fat. I'm in the latter part of my optimal bmi range and I specifically have a lot of flab on my stomach wheras my chest is at the point where i can see my ribs. I've been running on a machine twice a day for a good few months and I'm afraid that the rest of me might become too skinny while I still have too much excess fat on my belly that I can't get rid of. So, long story short, my I've slept with my coworker 3 times now, in a course of about a month. I think I'm developing feelings for her. We don't go out much because we're both introverts. Who should I call? It's not an emergency so 911 won't get called, but I feel so bad for this kid. I live in an apartment and this kids screams for hours on end. I press my ear up against the wall and the baby is alone in a room. I heard the door open, and the mom simply says "stop crying" and walks back out of the room. That is completely negligent. Who the hell do I call for this shit.

tl;dr my mom is moving and she can only take one cat with her and she's going to put down the other but no one wants that. what do?
my mother is moving in with her mother for around a year until she gets her own place, and her mother is only allowing her to keep one of the two cats, and she's going to put the other down. my siblings and i are very attached to this particular cat and none of us want to see it go. my dad won't take it in because of dumb reasons and i can't convince him to take it in. my mother says she doesn't want to put it in the shelter and see it suffer. her mom says the only way she'd take in two cats is if i also moved in but i don't want to be a burden and i wouldn't be able to until late december anyway. none of my close friends can take it in and it's too late to ask any other friends because both cats are 400 miles away from home. i am too and i'm going back tomorrow morning so i only have a small window of time to save this cat.
what do i do about this?

I have been trying to find out for a few hours already but to no avail. This just happened today but out of nowhere it feels as if something is swollen on my bottom right jaw. I have rubbed both sides and they feel different with the side in question feeling like a ball.I' felt great this morning but while I was at work it just all of a sudden starting hurting and the skin on the top part of it started getting itchy. The itch has gone away but its still sort of red and the pain in the jaw isn't an unbearable pain and only hurts when I touch it. Any idea of what it could be?

I fucked up in the past but for over a year now I have done absolutely everything right. I have apologized, I've tried to establish contact again, I've taken care of myself, I learned new skills.
And what's the end result? Nothing. I'm still a miserable piece of shit and nothing is going right. You can only control your inputs, you can just try to do everything as correctly as possible, but you simply don't have control over the end result. Lost friends don't come back, your health doesn't improve, you're still miserable and not in control of your own happiness.
Why even bother? Why try your best when it's all just going to shit anyway?
