I'm 21, finished high school & 6th form. Have been in a relationship for almost a year.
Really want to start working but I have no experience in a work environment. And I'm struggling to find jobs that I'd be interested and motivated to actually do in my area.
I don't want to be a burden to anyone but I'm genuinely at a loss as to how to sort myself out. What do?

Finished 6th form at 18. Which is kinda like college i guess if you're from the US. Then decided to re-study my A-levels by myself from home for a year 19-20. But essentially, yes that's what I'm saying mate.

In the same boat as you. IMO, since I posted my phone # on my wall several times leading up to deleting facebook with a warning that I was deleting it, I feel that if they wanted to stay in contact with me they would have. Instead I have people messaging me on steam asking me why I blocked them. When I kimdly explain what I did, any further endeavors I make to contacting them are met with silence. If I only matter to them as much as a +1 to their friends list... they are not my friends. Time to make new ones.

I want to improve my English skills, I used duolingo and that only helped me with vocabularies, also I wasted much time surfing for useful courses on internet but never found any
now I realized that the English is the mother language of most of you, and because of that you might help me with useful tips to improve in a fast way instead of wasting my free time searching for worthless courses that didnt learn me jack shit, regardless that the people in the course are hindis nor European, i get 20days of free time though, i don't want to waste them on useless thing sung like vidya but instead i decided to spend that time learning the language that otherwise will help me in my life and worklife over time

Sup guys
So a friend and I did some MDMA last week at the club. We both had a good time, but the difference is that I don't want to do it again until 3+ months later, but my friend can't seem to stop thinking about it.
He wants me to pick up 3 pills for him so he can do it again for the next 3 weeks, after which he says he'll stop until wintertime.
Now, my friend has rolled ~10 times in the past 2 years, rolled 2 weeks ago, rolled last week (with m, then redosed another pill after he came down the same night so I stayed with him until like 5AM), then wants to roll this week, next week, and the week after. That's 5 weeks in a row, with one of those weeks being 2 pills (redose, so even worse than taking them both at the same time).
Even if I don't pick up for him, he can get in touch with my dealer (mutual friends) and get it himself, so if he wants to he's going to do it regardless.
I feel uncomfortable being the middleman here, because I know this could be a really bad idea but my friend just won't listen. He also met this ratchet junkie lookin girl at the club (who, surprise surprise, has also been doing MDMA every week for the past 2 months) who he's pretty emotionally invested in (Molly tricks your brain and emotions like that). On top of that I'll be out of town for the next 3 weeks and he won't have anyone to party with or keep him in line when he's out and about.
Anyways shit, what should I do? Should I just pick it up for him and let him do what he wants and learn his own lessons (if any), or should I sit down with him and try to intervene? He's a good guy but not emotionally mature enough to take authentic advice / critique, he'll maybe try to justify / rationalize it and get pissed at me for being too serious.
Thanks in advance for any advice

I have a 'work-from-home' job and need adequate space for said work, my current room doesn't allow for that. I've tried asking nicely, begging even but he won't stop being a self-absorbed prick and refuses to see the bigger picture, that being; If I can't do my job, I won't get paid, If I don't get paid, I'll never be able to move out - which ironically he never stops complaining about. One of the most frustrating things about this is that he also has an absolutely astounding view from his window but he doesn't value it and spends all his time sitting in the dark on his computer.
Any advice on how I can weasel him out of his room so that I may inhabit it? Thanks.

Because their other friends backstab them they are preparing for you to backstab them. They don't trust anyone and they tell themselves they trust you but they don't. When they realize that you aren't going to hurt them they feel like shit. Maybe something you did reminded them of something that someone else did and they treat you like shit for it. They will come back and apologize because they figured out they were being crazy and you weren't preparing to backstab them.
After a certain amount of negative stimulus people gain negative responses to things that might not even seem related. Maybe remind them that you have never done anything to them in the past and that is a good indication that you won't in the future.

You use this "money" system but how does it work? and how do you use your bank system to use data for all these things you do?
Lets say I am a 24 year old human person with no home but is a high school graduate with some clothes and I acquired a job. What are the steps I must take to become a regular person? How are bills paid, what do I eat and How do I get a home to live in?

I have quite the strange dilemma
I am in love with someone, they are supposedly trans but is not transitioning/interested in it these days it seems. I am very attracted to her now but if she is transitions I wouldn't be attracted anymore, I am just not into it. She is perfect to me in many ways, but I wouldn't want to go further into it, fall deeper in love and hold her back and just waste her time.
This isn't including how depressed people who transition become, I feel like it would ruin her.
Its so confusing she dresses like a women and everything and looks gorgeous to me, I have no idea what she truly wants in the future or what I should do. She isn't an sjw or any of that stupid shit either, just...confused. When we first met it was definitely just friendship and she was VERY open about being wanting to transition and acted kinda manly but its almost like its dying and its never really talked about, she wears dresses too, I don't get it, it fucks with me.
The thing is I know she loves me too, but id hate to her hold her back if and if she really wanted to go through with dressing and being like a man.
I would talk but I don't even think she knows what she wants.

Cold sore help
Had em my whole life. No insurance so can't get medicated help atm. As a kid many a year. As an adult, perhaps one or two a year. Since July 1st (when I started my new job so I remember the date), it's been 4. This afternoon I felt #5. And right now I feel another #6. I'm freaking out as I don't think I've gone one day without looking like a freak at work. It's not so much "just b urself", like I'll talk to someone and they just stare at my cold side and go "wait what is that thing it looks gross". I'm about to quit, this shit is so embarassing. Go to fucking class. Read the material beforehand.
Do your homework ASAP.
Use pen and paper for notes, don't use a laptop/tablet/etc.
Talk to your instructors regularly. If you can chat about non-coursework, especially their research interests, it's great networking.
Use the gym. Exercise 10 hours a week.
Don't be a fool, wrap your tool.
Save the heavy partying for the weekend. Make sure your work is done first.
