Since i was 10 years old ive been watching porn almost everyday. Its gotten pretty bad when i was a kid blood used to come out with my semen but i didnt realize how disturbing that was until now.
The past year ive been jerking off atleeast twice a day, some days 4 times or more. I jerk off when i wake up, sit in front of the computer and just as i go to bed. I didnt realize i had a problem until a few months ago when i got caught by my boss watching porn at work and it was like a wake up call, so im trying to get into nofap to 'repair' my brain but i dont know if its even worth it.
On one hand i feel more energetic, confident and i dont know how to say this but 'angrier' that sorta keeps me more concious than i was when i was jerking off rapid.
The downside is that i ALWAYS have this ache in my brain like a constant feeling of hangover. Like someone is slowly rubbing sandpaper inside your brain that builds up during the day. Its so bad that i actually have to physically get an ice pack before i sleep.
This condition seems to disappear when i jerk off and watch porn. I have no idea what physiological symptom this is and maybe one of you could explain it.
On the other hand, maybe its because im not a teenager anymore, jerking off REALLY fucks me up. Even just once i find myself acting like someone with dementia the next day, being lazy and having 0 motivation but it feels 'stable' with no scratching in my brain and i feel less stressed but all the while knowing that im in a state i dont want to be in.
I just dont know what to do. I havent masturbated in a week and its making my brain hurt.

Anyone know if you pay back fafsa if they paid for your summer class and you failed it?

Feeling very insecure

I'm at wits end over these creatures and getting to the point of just throwing out everything. I dont know where they're coming from as I keep steam cleaning, diatomaceous along the walls around the couches and where we sleep. I have a bottle of 99% alcohol that i'm constantly spraying these fuckers with.
At first I thought it was a minor infestation, only spotted two and when we did a bed bug exam we found nothing. Thought hey, lets be on the side of caution anyway. Steam cleaned everything and did all the laundry. Cool, no sign of them for a few weeks, no bites, nothing. Still decide we'll do treatments every 2 weeks just to be extra sure.
Now I sleep with a spray bottle of 99% alcohol and every time i see a itch I spring out of bed and flash light. Usually catch one when i do this and I proceed to do this several times a night for the last week. I can't even sleep when I'm dead exhausted because of this anymore. I get so damn nervous at night. I've always been a very itchy person and I can't tell whats a normal itch or whats something eating me.
There's no advice you can give me. I'm here to give you advice. Never fucking move to Maryland, the bedbug state capitol of the US.
