Basically I freak the fuck out as soon as I step off my doorstep. I feel trapped and scared once I pass that point. Going out at all even for a walk around the neighborhood is panic city. I've been avoiding situations like this for over a year now, and it's getting worse again to the point I get nervous in my back and front yard. How do I conquer this? Can anybody relate? This fear is exhausting and has been ruining my life

Hi... The thing is... My girlfriend and I have been together for 6 months, and it's a wonderful relationship until we get to politics, and it's literally tearing our relationship apart. She's a diehard liberal and I'm a far right conservative.
I always stay calm during our discussion and debates because I actually don't give a shit about politics, and I put our happiness together as a couple over my desire to be right. I constantly try to avoid political discussion because it leaves her in tears, angry, and upset. I end up hurt because she insults me and says things like "I don't know how I can be with you".
She says the reason I can put aside our political differences is because as a man I don't have to deal with systematic oppression, and abortion isn't any of my business. She can empathize with BLM because she says she knows what it's like to be discriminated for something she's born with, her gender and race.
We're both Asian American.
I know she had been raped in the past, but she opened up more about it last night over the phone at the end of our long argument and I feel like shit.
I feel like shit because of that, and I feel terrible because I feel like we're going to break up, all because of stupid fucking politics.
I need advice.
Some background information is that she's been with 15 men, and I've been with 8 women, I only started sleeping around in August and stopped this February when I met her. Her and all her friends say I've been the best man in her life ever, who has shown her real love.

So I've been seeing a therapist for over a year now. He said I'm not really ready to stop going when I sort of suggested it. But I really don't want to go anymore because:

From a professional standpoint he likely wants you to stay as to address your issues which have not been resolved.
I would suggest before you quit to say exactly what you posted here about why you want to leave. The psych is a professional and you are there to help you.
Worst case at least consider an alternative psychologist as it can depend on the individual.
As for leaving, he may talk to you why you shouldnt for health reasons but should not be pushy, assuming professional conduct. If you want to leave it is your choice and dont think otherwise. But please consider the above as no game or website can sub for a professional and genuine human contact.

What are the reasons to produce offspring if you are quite deffective yourself?
Let's face it, most of us here are below average in looks thus we have quite shitty genes. What's the point of passing on these kind of genes? I don't even understand how idiotic are some parents when they just just want to have sex and there a baby pops out. Don't you think that you're passing these cancerous genes to another individual? I just don't want to have offspring because I feel deffective. I'd love to end it all just now because I have no point to exist, but no, I have to keep existing because of other people...Fuck this...

I think your statememt is wrong, its not shitty genes but shitty lifestyles. If people were all at a healthy level of food and exercise as well as social, I can gaurantee most people around the world would look a fair bit better.
To answer your question: to love and experience an important part of life. For the more techy answer, shitty genes or not, having kids ensures yours are passed on and survive.
