Well, meditation is a start. But you have to keep in mind that you will only see minimal results after weeks of practice. Look for Zen meditation (zazen) and buddhism, if you feel enclined.

I could also advice you to go practice a sport, notably a martial art.

You could also work on your frustrations by doing some art therapy, if it is your thing.

What are the things that get you annoyed? words? behaviour? specific person?

It seems simple to say, but you might need to take some distance when you realize you are getting annoyed. You will recognize your signals, and you can now when you should "breath deeply" and have a few seconds of reflection before you react.

Just make sure the house is super clean and let the mom do her stuff.

I'm tired of the victim mentality as well. I lose respect for people who tie themselves to it. You need to empathize with them, though. If everyone says you are acting like a jackass, you are probably asking like a jackass. In fact, your whole post is you putting words in people's mouth and acting like a victim! There are a few techniques you can use to help. The biggest is empathy.

Instead of attacking people straight out, explain that you understand them first. Say something they will likely agree with. Then move on to the straight truth. Help them see the other side. Perhaps they are misinterpreting the situation. Maybe there is something you can do to help. Save them from the victim thought process. Help them help themselves.

These are serious questions. I don't generally think cheating is a good idea, and I definitely don't think sex with a busty prostitute is going to make you happy. But if you're not attracted to your girlfriend, I don't think the relationship is making you happy, either.

I think you should keep this a fantasy and see where your relationship goes. If you can't, I think you should talk honestly with your gf and be prepared to break her heart. It's either that or break her heart when she catches you, or deceive her for bad hooker sex.

BMW's are usually expensive to maintain and this one has >100,000 miles on it, so you'll need to be maintaining it fairly often. I would never buy a car without having my own mechanic check it out, so be sure to do that first. Other than that, looks good.

It's due for a scheduled maintenance at 120k miles. Watch out for how much that costs. I wouldn't buy it. Too many miles. BMW parts are usually pretty costly.

I don't know shit about the second hand value of that car, but I'm looking at 10 years old plus due an expensive service. Oh and it is six and a half grand. Do they actually hold their value that well?

Like my boss gets a brand new BMW every few years and his trade in value is basically that and he doesn't do shit for miles, like they've got 20k on the clock. Older ones especially with high miles are worth very little at auction from experience.

My car is 12 years old and it shows. Everything that hasn't mechanically worn out due to wear and tear is basically wearing out due to age, from plastics and fabric on the interiors to rear suspension cylinders and brake rotors etc.

You want to look at what that car would be worth with the jobs done already and see if it still represents a decent price factoring the fact that you'd have to pay to do the work.
