Sorry if this is not best suited here, posted in /biz/ as well.
Background: Kid (A) moves in to apartment. $1,370/month rent and puts down $1,370/security deposit to start. Finds roommate (B) 2 weeks later. Adjusts lease now they split the $1,370 in half and each pay their portion. However new roommate (B) never pays any portion of the depsoit and is never asked too.
Flash forward 1 whole year. The newly found roommate (B) moves out. Remember the $1,370 deposit is still in (A's) name. The apartment is never assesed for damages for that year, remember this.
My friend (C) and I (D) now move in under the agreement we split the monthly rent like so; (A) pays half, (C) and (D) each pay a quarter equalling the other half. Securit deposit is NEVER discussed, remember this.
Flash forward 10 months. (A) moves out but agrees to continue paying the remainder of his rent for the last 3 months (this includes the month he moved out). However his father is requesting my friend (C) and I (D) each give him directly $450 for the security deposit because he finds it "unfair he should pay the whole deposit because his son will not be there for the remainder of the lease". His exact words by the way.
So heres whats fucked;
1) The apartment was never assessed for damages during the first year of stay between (A) and (B).
2) (B) was never asked to pay any of the security deposit and is basically getting away scott free with any damages he may have caused.
3) The security deposit was never once discussed with my friend (C) and I (D) prior to us moving in. His father simply said "Sorry it was just a miscommunication".
4) My friend has already stated he will not give him any money as it was never discussed with him prior and legally its all in (A's) name.
So my question, also sorry for the long post; Am I legally required to give him any money? And if so shouldnt it be 1/4th not a 3rd because of roommate (B)? Help please.

Unless there's something in writing that says you're responsible for the deposit just tell him to fuck off.

It would be neater for you to pay him, but not required.
A should talk to the landlord, either asking for his deposit back, with C & D replacing it with an equal amount.
Or everything waits until the end of the original lease, at which A collects his deposit and C&D sign a new lease with new deposit.
If there is enough damage to eat up the deposit, and it can be traced uniquely to B. C or D, A must then sue the culprit to replace what A lost to the landlord.

You have a dying grandpa who wants to leave you some money. He says it's around 60k, and you're excited. Eventually, life happens, and he passes away. You expect to see a check in the mail or however inheritance works out at this point.
Time goes on, and still, no word of that sweet 60k. Eventually, you move to a new home and forget about the 60k. You get into a fight with your parents and your dad threatens to kick you out. They also happen to tell you that the money that your grandpa left you went into the house. They tell you that he never had a will, so what promises he made to you were no good.
You try to talk to a lawyer, but they say same thing. Time rolls by and you get your first job. You open your own bank account for direct deposit. When you look at your account online, you also see the account your parents made with you in case anything happened to them.
When you see the other account, you happen to see 60k sitting in the account.
At this point, I want to move and never speak to my family again. I want to take the money and move, never speaking to my family again. I mean, how could they do this to me? That's a substantial amount of money, especially to someone in their early 20s. I have no friends that I really care about, and really nothing to keep me where I'm at. I'm young and I want to live my life.
What would you do if you were in my position?

So I have this yellow spot on my arm.
It FEELS like a bruise, when I press into it slightly hurts, but not too bad.
However the color looks foreign enough to me that it worries me.
Should I go the doctor with this? I don't wanna go for a random ass bruise.

Yeah it's a bruise, they get yellow when they're just about done healing. It was probably really minor trauma that your body took care of overnight. Unless it spreads or you have other odd symptoms I wouldn't worry about it.

Is there a way to lower my sex drive (guy), but not chemical castration? Thinking about sex just brings up my insecurities, and I don't have that much sex anyways. I know chemical castration is a more permanent approach, which I don't want to risk since in 5 years I might not be insecure or who knows. It'd be nice if it were something where the side effect was no desire.

So this is my only place to turn to. Please be helpful.
Without being too long winded. There's this girl, younger by me by 3 years. She was kind of an acquantince in my group of friends from a while back. Anyways...

Why do people say that "You could have learned to play an instrument in the time you wasted playing video games!"? What's the big difference really?
I'm on a self improvement binge and a few people have brought up quitting video games and suggested music instead but everyone just says it's better when I ask. Should I trade in my keyboard for a piano? Why?

I had lessons of piano for 7 years, played for 12
I hated the lessons for 5 years, and wasn't really into the music. I loved almost moments of videogames for the entirety of my life
Bottom down it boils down to wheter you enjoy more one or the other. Nothing much else. Nobody's gonna care for about 90% of the time. Music is more socially acceptable because of the antiquity of it and the importance on society but that's fucking it.
Though I suppose I quitted playing piano when I could play the piece I wanted since the fucking start. Since i felt fulfilled that was it.

I used to have a really bad problem, around 80 hours a week regularly during highschool. Now maybe 4 hours a week unless I decide to binge, then I typically rack up 4 or 6 hours in a session. That's fairly rare though, notably on new releases I've been hyped for.
I don't believe they're inherently bad but everyone seems to think music is better and frankly I don't see it.

I'm an amateur writer, i mostly write poetry and short stories. Only a handful of publications in a few fanzines and sort.
A friend of mine who is an actor is kind of becoming quit successful, every one loves him and praise him, hes like a brother to me.
Thing is, he has the opportunity to get a play produce. He has both producer and theater ready. But not play, who he calls ? Me. We talked i showed him a few a ideas, he says: "ok anon start writing you have a few months"
He really really liked my ideas, but im fucking scare as shit, and i need to write those ideas and fuckin pressure is killing me.
ADVICE.

Hello 4chan users.
A friend of mine has been relentlessly begging me to help find this boy she met on unitedlol under the name deus X machina. I tried my best to help her but she didnt give me much to work with. He plays League of Legends under the name cruelangelthesis and deus X machina. His snapchat is imperious and apparently lives somewhere in Brooklyn New York. The reasons why my friends wishes to find this boy who ghosting her is because, in her words, "Im going to have a mental break down if I do not get closure with him". It seems like she rlly wants to know why this boy suddening disappearing on her. My situation is strange. See, in middle school I was a quiet chubby kid with a small pack of close friends. Once I moved on to an all boys private school, I had no friends, since I grew distant from that pack of friends. I started lifting and now I'm in great shape but my confidence didn't go up with my body. I'm entering my junior year, and I really want to get a gf.
