What can I do to look more attractive?
Grow a thick, bushy moustache.
Get a nose job, a tan, ditch the sunglasses, and lose the baby face.

finish puberty. You still have a baby face.
You can lose the baby face faster by working out more.
Does anyone else struggle to orgasm during sex? It's not like some E D kinds shit, it's more like I can go for hours without stopping kinda shit and still not cum. Seriously, hours.
I think it stems from me feeling required to fuck a girls brains out or else she would find someone who would...

Deathgrip, you fap too much

You are not alone. Google "ejaculatory incompetence" (It sounds awful, doesn't it?) It just means you can get it up but can't get off.
There can be psychological causes, as you guess. If you think you're afraid of cheating the girl, give her an orgasm or two by hand or mouth before you even think of climbing aboard. That way you are assured you won't cheat her - and taking that pressure off may let you allow yourself to come.
It can also be physical, especially if you are accustomed to a degree of pressure or tightness in your masturbation. Put simply, you may not get the friction/pressure you need from a vagina. Try doggy style - the front wall of the vagina is firmer than the back, and may give you what you need. And you might hit her elusive G spot in the process.
jew math / jew accounting example:
jew->"poor guy": you're not poor, you are rich monetarily you have over $1 trillion dollars
poor guy: where?
jew: it's on mars you just have to go get it
jews friend->jew: did you really put a trillion on mars?
jew: no, i don't have to until he gets there

How do I get a qt Asian virgin gf? I'm white, 5'9", 25 years old and make $55,000 a year
Go to the Philippines
>>17409711
how do you make that money?
I have had a couple awesome asian GFs, sexy bodies, sweet personality, just the best.
One from college class and one from mutual friends
Mutual friends added me on FB
Other one I heard she thought I was cute so I just talked to her and made a move etc. She was virgin. Took a month to have sex with her. I might have married her if we lived in same town anymore.
I would suggest you get on Tinder, OkCupid, and also post on Craigslist. You can get some replies on craigslist by posting as boyfriend material rather than as offering discreet sex. Although girls do answer the sex ones too. Anyway you mkae good $$ you are good to go.

I'm a chemist. I've never really used the dating sites because I would think they are like 90% guys
Do any anons know ways to make fapping temporarly impossible? I'm talking about shit like overeating, where you feel like vomiting if you fap. I have to get rid of my porn addiction.
Wear boxing gloves.

You have to have the willpower to stop yourself. Keep your mind occupied, fight the urges off, I promise it will get easier.
>>17409676
Work out and jog whenever you get the urge.
Doing most anything at all will not be great at distracting you from being turned on, but physical activity does go some distance.
Purging your PC of any and all porn helps, as well. Even better if you install a plugin to ban your browser from porn sites. (Even 4chan.)
And this one comes from experience and it's disgusting, I know, but if you do fail and jerk off: put your clothes away. All of them. And shower immediately. I shit you not, your own sex scent can subconsciously trigger another urge to jerk off or watch porn.
Just think outside of the box.
So a few days ago I held back from crying like 3 times and now I have shortness of breath. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? Can't really force myself to cry now, so I have to wait until I do feel like it. Is there a faster alternative though?
Everytime I breathe, it feels like I can't reach the end (don't know how else to explain it), and I sort of shake when I exhale.
To force crying? Look for a feels thread or something you remember made you sad in the past. Sad part of a movie.

I can't really do that right now so I'm looking for other ways to fix this, if there are any.
Bump
I hate myself, my personality. I have improved a lot of the year and a half though. I came to terms with my body (mostly) but recently I have been real awkward talking to people and I hate my voice, etc. To be fair, I also hate my hair, size of my thighs and even stomach. I gained weight at uni but I have lost it once and am prepared to do it again so its not as bad as personality hate.
Thing is, I feel if I could move out of home and live somewhere else for a few months, restart, prove to myself I can be who I want to be and fix myself up a little bit (yes I am normal or on the edge a lot of the time recently but once I jump on public transport I have to calm myself for the whole 30 minute ride and if I don't then it's gonna be a bad day.
I get angry and wish I could afford to/even be able to leave for a while. Well guys I am more venting and just want your thoughts.
19yo Male in Australia.
My personality is a meme and I am real awkward and I kinda dislike it right now.

Kill yourself fgt
I need someone to talk to. I am feeling incredibably anxious since I woke up. Infact, I've been like this since June. No idea why. But I'm just sitting in the bathroom at home right now with the vent on trying to relax. But I can't. I just want to fucking relax before I go to work. I also need to call a Mental Health clinic because I can't take this anymore. Fuck fuck fuck.
>>17409653
Go to a doc as fast as you can, call in sick if you must. Tell us what you have to say if you want to but doc is priority #1.
>>17409753
I've calmed down a little bit. I just called the office but the front desk is closed until Monday, so I'll call again then.
I just feel like I'm hitting a mental breaking point. I can't stand this anymore. I mentally can no relax. Even on my days off with I have 0 things to do. And just watch Netflix all day. Even then I can't relax

Look we all get into positions where we are unsatisfied with life to the point of it being unbearable. Quite frankly I have nothing to tell you that you can't figure out for yourself.
We all have limited control over the conditions we come into the world and have little control over our own fate. It is up to ourselves to use that very minor control we have to do what we want with it.
I sincerely wish you luck anon. Write it down, put it into words either here or in a notebook. It helps me occasionally. Tell us as much as you want if that is what you want but I don't think anyone has any real answers.
Met a girl when I was briefly living in her country. We fell for each other. We stayed in contact when I moved back to my home country. We stayed in love. We didn't want to start a proper relationship until we could be with each other physically, so we decided to be forward with our feelings to each other, but we allowed each other to do things with other people. I've gotten with other girls a couple times but it's never been serious. She doesn't particularly like it but she says she won't stop me and doesn't expect me to stop her. We've kinda had arguments about it but we always sort it out.
Recently I made out with a girl I was seeing a couple months ago. She got very angry and blocked me on everything. She's never reacted like this before.
I don't want to lose her. I just want her.
idk anon she's probably in love with you and doesn't want anyone to have you but her. From the point that you said she doesn't particularly like it if you go out with other girls and also making out with them it seems pretty obvious just by the looks of it. I think she made the decision to block you so that she could move on because both of you are not in the same country but if you guys agreed to a long distance relationship and have the dedication and trust things could work out if both of you gave the effort. If it helps I suggest you find a way to contact her and talk about your feelings for each other once more for confirmation but first you should apologize since she got mad at you to start the conversation with.
Hey /adv/ a couple days ago I made a thread:
>GF and I both commit to being healthy
>I start to get /fit/
>She remains obese because she refuses /fit/'s advice
>Makes excuses about exercise
>what do?
Basically most people told me to break up with her.
Some people said to have a discussion with her about it.
One person said
>just force her to follow a diet by making all her meals
I basically said, "Hey, I'm handling your nutrition and tracking your calories now, so here are some healthy options for breakfast." She didn't even object she just agreed to eat whatever I say indefinitely. I also convinced her to wake up early to go on walks/jogs with me. I guess she just had no excuse and conceded.
So I guess to motivate some women to work out and diet, you have to lead by example and show that it works.
>>17409625
Good on you for taking charge. I hope you both stick with it
What advice from /fit/ is she refusing to follow?
Do you exercise together?
I hope things work out for you, but like my ex wife whom I divorced, she may just start sneaking garbage meals here and there. So now you are cooking all of someone's meals (like a parent to a child, your wife is a child), and she may still be eating whatever she wants.
Hopefully that's not how it goes, and things work out for you. Just pay close attention is all I'm saying.
Tattoo question
I'm condisering getting my first one.
-How visible will it be on the underside of your forearm?
I've read that the skin doesn't sag and stretch as much there as you age and also it doesn't receive that much sunlight on a daily basis.
But would it mean that you're forced to wear long-sleeved shirts at work every day?
>>17409601
While people are more flexible with tattoos now, it still doesn't look professional to have them visible. But it depends on your job and company culture. If you really don't want to get it anywhere else, just be sure you'd either like to wear sleeves or your company is chill with it
>>17409601
If you want any management or office job, its still looked down on heavily. If you start in a low position where they dont care and work up, they will know you more for your work than your looks, but still probably ask that you cover it. Just put it on your back and save yourself the hassle.
Dude don't do it tattoo regret sucks ass and the tattoo will probably not come out like you're thinking. taste change and what you think might be cool now might not be so cool in a few years.
So a few nights ago I was at a party, it was wondering to see everyone there and reconnecting with old friends. While we were at the party the father of one of this guy I know came in, he's a really nice guy, super easy to speak with and he's also blind, he came with his seeing eye dog whom he let out into the yard and everyone was playing with her. She's very well trained and after dog sitting a friend's German Shepard I wanted to see if she could take commands, so I told her to heel and she knelt down.
It was amazing to see, I kept playing ball with her and got her some water. Admittingly I was drunk at the time, and now looking back I have can't help but feel knowing that she would take a command like 'heel' and me doing in front of people (who were impressed) makes me feel like a complete asshole. Here I am playing with this guy's dog, showing her life skill off like a party trick and I feel guilty inside.
How do I get rid of the guilt? I don't ever see the guy more than a few times a year and I doubt he ever heard anything about it so honestly I think I'm the only one who thinks about it like this but fuck I feel really shitty right now.
>>17409557
What the actual fuck am I reading. You feel guilty for getting a dog to heel.
What a fucking incredible non-issue.
>>17409557
I suggest every time you go out you take a tape measure with you and be careful not to tread less than 78.64 cm from other people lest they think you want to harrass them.
Since you look so irrationally paranoid

I bought a plane ticket to fly Tuesday somewhere with a tall bridge that is easy to jump off to kill myself. Thing is, I can't wait that long anymore, so I decided to jump off the local bridge. I have to get over the fence (pic related) and I need some ideas. I don't want to carry large objects like ladders and shit for obvious reasons, and I don't want to pay a hobo to boost me up because homeless people are filthy. Please give me your suggestions. Thanks /adv/
>>17409549
You obviously aren't serious about this if small things like this are stopping you. Also, you know Google image search is a thing right?
>>17409549
Be committed and jump in front of a train. Not at the station though, sneak on the tracks, hide behind a bush and wait till it's too close to slow down

try to climb, worst case you end up wounded, but it doesnt matter since u want to die anyway.
or a folding chair, these are usually easy to carry
>it's another thread asking for college/uni tips
Fucking everyone here has a funny story to share and an old HS pal to talk to, I'm just here sitting with nothing because I spent my HS years being a pseudo-NEET. How do I survive?
>>17409530
College is a great place for a new beginning. In undergrad especially, you'll have a chance to begin a new social life with like minded individuals. But you only get to do it once. Get out of your shell, date some people, have some fun but be sure to work hard and get a degree in something worth while.
Go to things and talk to people. I was basically friendless in high school, but in college I've met some of the best people ever just being myself. That sounds lame and cliche as fuck, but really.
Don't be scared dude, it'll work out.
Don't take a lot of classes until you know what you want to do. Once you have something you're interested you can take a ton of credits. Don't stress, GPA doesn't mean shit unless you want to do post grad.
Work on learning rather than earning.

Share some wisdom by sharing your experiences! I'm a fag who, apparently, has no idea how to normal relationship even though I already am in one. For anons who aren't in a relationship it's okay to talk about past ones or imagine what you would like it to be if you had one.
The more answers, the better insight. Any volunteers?
Male 27, 9 years together, we live together and see each other constantly (which I would never want to change), we don't PDA very often but we can be very affectionate/relaxed in private, we have a moderate amount of sex (1/week is normal for our current circumstances, likely would increase if we were able), we generally go shopping (I am the carry guy) or play video games together, we are very close, and I love her an insane amount, I would be pretty lost without her.
We never really argue honestly, the worst it gets is when we have lost something and neither one of us can find it, but usually it's a case of "who saw it last". I do get annoyed that she chews her nails, but that would be the only thing I would want to change about her.
Sorry, i'm a lonely neet like 90% of this site.

- Male, 37
- 20 years (13 married)
- Pretty much constantly, when neither of us is working. Would not change.
- We try to keep it down to a reasonable level. Operative word "try".
- Games of all types, reading, general geekery. Used to fence until health issues forced her out.
- I find it difficult to imagine what being any closer would be like.
- Too seldom for the concept of "mostly" to make much sense. But not QUITE never.
- Yes/Yes/Yes.
