I have a small problem with my neighbor's grandchildren.
I have a bike that isn't fully paid off yet, and these *ahem* "free range" children, have been caught messing with it while it was still chained up. (playing with the handlebars, riding it without going anywhere, moving the front wheel back and forth, etc.)
The neighbor is at work right now, and their father is sleeping in another apartment.
I know they're just kids, but they run around the apartment complex all day without supervision; the neighbor and father have also received complaints from the children climbing all over the cars in the parking lot.
Should I contact the neighbor and father to give them a warning, or should I simply file a complaint to the part-time landlord?

Try talking to the parents, but I doubt it'll help. Still, that's the first step to take.
The only real solution, though? Be a "scary neighbor." Next time you catch them messing with the bike, come out and yell at them. Make it clear your stuff isn't to be messed with.
Don't go overboard or anything, just raise your voice and be firm. If it's a gang of teenagers this could backfire, but if they're young kids they'll respond well to a bit of anger and authority.

Is it gay to be interested in gay sex, but not like guys all that much? For the most part, I prefer the company of women. That's who I end up talking with the most on social media. All things being equal, I'd prefer sex with women and I've hooked up with some, but my experience is it usually gets complicated and can be a hassle (provided you find a woman interested and willing). I know this is probably stupid, but I met this really nice girl on Tinder a few days ago, she gave me her facebook and said she was probably going to delete her Tinder... I was actually enjoying our conversations, like I was connecting with her, and she seemed just as interested... How make compromises in a relationship?
We've been dating for a little over a month now and im having trouble maintaining my priorities without making he think that I dont want to see her. Shes a nice girl and fun to hang out with, but certain things make it hard to spend quality time with her. First off, she works only 3 days a week on the weekends so shes always broke, and i only make just enough to support myself.
Second..im seriously attempting to gain weight by going to the gym everyday and not missing a single meal but spending time with her means eating out, which i dont have the money for since she never eats at home and missing gym time or my meals which i cant fucking accept anymore. I dont know how to explain it to her but the gym and the food i have to prepare at my place takes a good chunk of the day, and i wont miss it but to her its not important.
if i had to give up one or the other, id give up her over lifting but i wont tell her that for obvious reasons. Itd be fucking awesome if she could just understand that she cant expect me to give her rides home or to work and feed her while I miss the gym and my consistent diet.
If you dont understand my priorities...just imagine a skinny guy who has been consistently working out and eating right for 2 years and still has a long way to go followed by a job with shitty pay.

I've only ever told my boyfriend this and I'm just going to get straight into it, because I don't know what to do.
