No. Like with men, the rating system is just looks. But like with men, most women don't want to settle down with someone who is a complete retard or a complete ass.

Good looks can make up for being a bit of a ditz or being slightly hot-headed. An ugly guy is friend material, personality and intelligence don't matter at all.

It's going to depend on the person. Some girls are gonna be into it, and some are really not. My advice is to initiate slowly and watch their reaction. Make eye contact and hold it, and move your hand slowly along her skin while you reach for what you want to touch. Go to a dermatologist, it's probably eczema or psoriasis or a combination of both. I suffer the same fate and have to use 2.5% prescription hydrocortisone cream when it gets really bad. Also use lotion when masturbating, as friction makes it worse.

It really shouldn't be harsh. I've experienced slight burning but that's only when things are really chapped. Make sure there is only the medicine in it, that you arnt using something with tiger balm or menthol / alcohol in it. Also try some pine tar soap in the shower. It made a huge difference for me. Tea Tree oil might also be good, but I never noticed much difference.
