See - I've had all sorts of psychosomatic symptoms with anxiety over the years, but never something like this. In the past it's always been shortness of breath, headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate... This is something more physical - if that makes any sense.

I dated a QT3.14 I met in college; she was a shy, sheltered, introvert with zero social skills or actual relationship experience. I'm was 30, she was 21.

She was embarrassed because she didn't really every express her feelings very often so I lifted her chin with my hand and gave her a sweet kiss on the lips.

And that was it; she wore the necklace every day and she would tell me about what she was learning from the book.

I thought it was sad that no one had ever gotten her a gift before because she really was quite lovely and sweet; even if she didn't show it very often.

But man I thought her to suck cock like it was going out of style; she could go for 1-2 straight.

And all it took was the occasion little love token.

You can become wealthy in any field, as long as you're dedicated. This is the issue though, if you only do something to get rich you won't have enough dedication and you will likely fail. You should find something that you have a passion or at least some interest in.

And the fastest way to gain wealth is to start your own business, not to go for meme jobs. Start small, build slowly at first and focus on learning the ropes. Then you will know what to do, what risks to take and how fast to expand.

Still, in the end the wealthiest and happiest people are those who are really good at something. Most often it's social engineering, but it can be anything, from programming to playing cards.

"Smarter" can mean a lot of things. There isn't really anything you can do to improve everything that's associated with intelligence, but if you focus on certain things you can improve them. For instance, you can improve your memory through exercises. Google them.

Also, if you want to score higher on IQ test you can start doing logic problems and learning algorithms. This is actually a great way to "increase" your IQ, as long as you don't get discouraged when you don't understand something and give up. Programmers tend to score very high on IQ tests because they're used to thinking in a very logical, structured way.

You can improve pretty much any aspect of your mind, but remember that it takes a very long time.

There's a lot to be said here and I doubt anyone can offer you a great explanation or how-to guide on it. Basically you need to form other habits that slowly replace your videogames and shitposting needs. You can't just quit cold turkey them, you'd most likely relapse and you'd be miserable if you tried too. You don't really need to quit them either, your problem isn't that you play videogames and shitpost on the internet, it's that you do nothing else. You need to start small but keep at it.

Read "The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business" by Charles Duhigg. It will help you understand how these habits (addictions at this point) work, how to break out of them (or how to stop them from wasting all your time) and how to form healthier ones.
