I've mailed things from NY to the UK and they've arrived in 3 days with just the regular airmail option (the only way to send letters internationally anymore) and the cheapest shipping option. I'd imagine that you could probably send stuff that quickly from NY to PA without any cost of extra shipping. The only concerns would be if people sit on it in a warehouse for a while, or if there are weekends/holidays that would interfere since it's always business days and not actual days.

Don't go for any single art. Go to a dojo that does mixed martial arts and I dont necissarily mean ones that train you for the UFC.
I think its best when you have an art that has traditional roots but is grounded in logical combat based fighting touching on striking, kicking, grappling, and felling.

if you're really sure it's your interview skills, then you need to either do more research into how to do interviews, and/or do more interviews, and/or take every opportunity to learn how to bullshit convincingly. not out-and-out lie, just bullshit. there's a difference. learn how to say stuff in a way that is true but makes you sound good. and it has to be believable. friends and relatives make good practice dummies for this.
