Some dickhead keeps siphoning gas out of my car, and I'm ready to deal with it. The police won't do anything about it, so I have to take matters into my own hands.

I've got a bit of an embarrassing issue, but it's really gotten to me the past few days so some solid advice would be appreciated.
Little background: when I was a kid, I was a completely friendless little weirdo. As a result I became incredibly attached to fictional characters, and somewhat distant towards humans in general.
Fast forward to now: I've been in a relationship with the same guy for 5 years (somehow). Things are great, he's a really nice guy, funny and highly intelligent, everything I hoped my future partner to be.
Unfortunately, I've grown insanely attached to a character in a video game. It's such a stupid crush. I've played the game for hours on end (even in front of my boyfriend), swooning over this particular character. I am fully aware that a character is just a character, but recently I've been finding myself daydreaming about this character rather than my actual boyfriend.
I feel guilty, almost like I'm cheating on my partner. Yes, it's a silly crush over a non-existing individual, but it is seriously messing with me. What should I do? How can I stop obsessing over this character?

Ok, so I have a girlfriend, and we fuck semi-regularly. The sex is great. I can last a decent amount of time I guess, and I am blessed with the ability to still be able go multiple times immediately after I first cum.

so i've finally accepted that i can't handle all this shit on my own and i need chemical help to fix my brain. I'm fucking losing it. I was put under immense emotional stress, something snapped, and I haven't been the same since. Counselling hasn't helped. Travel hasn't helped. Regular exercise hasn't helped. I used to be so good at articulating my emotions and being able to address why I felt a certain way, but now all I can do is think about killing myself.

Same happened to me. Was extremely intelligent as a child, everybody in the classroom admired me for that. The problem I see is that I built a personality around that trait, which turned harder and harder to keep. I pushed myself eventually too hard and had an emotional break down.
You have to learn that you don't need to be admired by your peers, that some people will like you for what you are. You need to learn to relax.
If you want to boost your self esteem, get involved in a team sport. The fact that you will suck at it will make it better for you. You'll learn to interact with others without being the best.

Hi /adv/,
My 13 year old son has been creating You Tube poops (I know, I know, I'm sorry), and while I am fine with him pursuing this creative excercise, I have been recently freaked out by another parent telling me about sexual offender laws as pertaining to minors.
First: the kid is NOT posting porn. He does, however, reference dicks and cum and similar sexual things from a humorous standpoint. Sometimes he may subtitle a clip to make it seem sexual when it isn't.
So, as you can imagine from a 4chan parent, I don't want to censor my kid. At the same time, I don't want him to get in serious trouble.

Assuming you actually want advice as well: I've been in similar situations. My mistake was thinking that just because I had a close call with not studying and flunking a course, I would feel like shit and beat myself up afterwards, then feel super motivated to try my hardest just after my failure. However I kept making the same mistakes time and time again. It's like I'm stuck in groundhog day.
Seek help.
As for your current predicament: you're not the only artist in the world with creative block. Rip somebody else's work off, then make modifications. Obviously from a non-world famous building a world famous architect would recognize.
