I don't think that's feasible. They're not going to let me just take a part time gig since everyone is salaried, and they're assigning me the most important role (no, no raise, and a raise would not change my mind).

Hey anon, I had the same issue some months ago, Aspirin forte used to help me a lot but my main issue with daily headaches at night was my diet, basically I was eating/drinking too much salty and sweet stuff. Like the other anon said try drinking nothing but water for some days and see if it gets better, if you smoke that can also be making it worse.
