This would be decent advice if it weren't for the fact that as a closing shift seasonal worker, they have me do everything at the store. So in an 8 hour shift, I'm walking around the store, loading and unloading, cleaning, taking out the trash, etc. In the end, I'm more than tired enough to need food and sleep. It's just that I can't sleep at a consistent time because I don't have the need to crash out when I get home. Getting home is a revitalization, I get a slight energy boost that I can't sleep right away. Maybe I should tire myself out at night.

Re reading your post, im guessing you're saying your sleep quality sucks. Nutrition would help with that. Try to eat more veggies and fruits, supplements are an alternative. Screen time before bed actually makes you sleep shit so try to limit that too, or change the display settings to eliminate blue light at night as this has been known to ruin sleep quality.

Dating long time friend long distance. We have a lot in common and know each other better than anyone else. Lots of on/off arguing.
