Best friend and I have been arguing for a few months. Stopped talking over the last month. She hit me up wanting to be cool, we argued for a bit but finally we agreed. I told her she needs to put some effort into our friendship because that was one of the main issues.
Well, last time we spoke was Tuesday, she said she would try to take some time this Thursday to see me, and if she couldn't Thursday that it would be soon. I haven't heard from her since Tuesday, but she's actively posting on Snapchat and Instagram so it's not like she's unable to even say "Hey". How long should I wait for her to talk to me before I decide to fuck off?
Also, I know I'm putting a lot of this on her when I could message her at any time and get a response, but I initiated conversation the last two times we spoke and like I said I told her she needs to put in effort

For all intensive purposes, the fellow worker is named "assclown".
Story:
"Assclown" Is a bad worker. He enjoys leaving mess in his wake, knocking things off shelves where he goes.
(Which I have to clean up because he's a shit about it)
"AssClown" Has been called in multiple times about his behaviour and will be leaving soon. Likely after December.
I might had not have done something but recently he came behind me and zapped my hips. (You know that thing when people sneak up and push at your hips hard, well he did it too hard and it was sore the whole day..).
Now I seek revenge.
Please give advice on what to do. Note: Nothing TOO evil, I need to get away with this one.

I found benzos in a drawer.
I live with my boyfriend and today I discovered a mostly used blister pack of oxazepam at the back of a drawer we keep medical stuff. It's from another country, which makes sense as he's foreign. It's prescription only there, too but the last year we visited he's been with me, so they're likely to be old.
I'm worried he might be abusing them - he doesn't have any mental issues or has mentioned anything he would need them for. He used to (and still occasionally does) have problems with drinking excessive alcohol when alone at home, and I'm wondering if he's using them with booze? How would I be able to tell?
What should I do? I'm scared he'll try to bullshit me if I confront him in a few hours when he's home. But if I wait and see if any get used, he will have time to hide the pack - it wasn't there before.
Do I have reason to be worried? Is their abuse or use particularly harmful?

My bf was fully dependant on benzos when we first met and to be honest, it was pretty obvious. He's a well adjusted person, works very hard but developed a dependency on them after a death in the family and just never stopped.
He started to ween himself off them (his choice) and now, four months later, he very rarely takes them. He has done incredibly well and I'm so proud of him, but it wasn't easy.
If your boyfriend does have an addiction to these pills, the best way to approach it is to ask him directly. Don't judge, don't tell him he has a problem and needs to stop, just say you saw some pills and wondered what they were for. If he wants to elaborate then he will.
Some people manage to use benzos as and when they need them, without developing an addiction. However when they take hold, it's very hard to get control again and the withdrawal symptoms are horrible.

I will ask him about them, but I really don't think he will be honest about it if he is using them recreationally... I doubt he has, or even had, a prescription. It's driving me crazy because earlier this year he almost ruined our relationship with his drinking, so I'm a bit sensitive when it comes to possible dependencies
Can depression be fixed without professional help? I do everything I "should" do (exercise often, eat well, plenty of hobbies, socialise even though I don't like doing it, go to a good university etc) but I still feel like shit.

I've been calling the center for mental health of my university for 3 weeks now and they keep telling me to call them back because they have no more room. They told me to call today in the morning but they booked everything for the week in 15 minutes.... Now I gotta call them Monday morning. I'm getting tired of hearing the same thing over and over. Are psychologists really worth it? It's only $25 for uni students. I'm not suicidal but I feel like I'm watching my life go by and I'm only 22. I'm still a virgin, never had a gf, practically have no friends at school except lab partners. I still haven't beaten my social anxiety. I don't want to die but at the same time, I wouldn't mind dying by accident. If I go elsewhere, it'll be too expensive. Should I still try to fix myself on my own instead? I'm lost.

One of my friends had a legit mental breakdown, like babbling in tongues, and tried to get my other friend to kill him by threatening his family.
It was extremely, EXTREMELY unlike him and we all could see. He tried to get help when he came to, but they wouldn't see him because he did not have a violent history.
Pretty much psych wards in general are extremely difficult to get into if you're not rich enough to have a private one
