Lip Liner will help it stay in place. If you don't have a color that matches the lipstick, get a concealer pencil and line the outer portions of your lips. This also makes your lips look bigger. You can also do translucent powder outside of your lips. Try using matte lipstick as well. It stays in place.

As far as price difference, different dealers. I bought a new car last year. One dealer wanted around $35K out the door for my car. I got the exact model, color, and trim at another dealer for $31,500 out the door. Why was the car cheaper at one dealership? Different dealers. The one I bought it at was probably more incentivized to move volume.

You def want to make sure you know the whole picture though, the place has to have windows or its not legally allowed to be a room, but are they shit little windows? Thanks. I think, due to the size of the house and the property, the noise situation in the basement room is actually better than my upstairs room. He said he's willing to take a big fraction of the price off because I'm a good tenant? Weird. He said he could never ask for more than $800 for the upstairs rooms anyway, so his motivation for renting these rooms out is just to "make rent" on the house, rather than making a profit.
