If you permanently park somewhere, you usually have to ask permission from the person that owns the parking space (the city if noone else). Renting a spot to put the RV still should be cheaper though than a room/ flat.

You perhaps could avoid that by parking somewhwere else each night, but that still is no guarantee.

That being said: How do you want to do the access to water and electricity anyhow. When you do not move it the battery will run out soon, and you need water access pipes, if you want to live it permanently, and a way to get rid of the toilet stuff now and then. A rented spot for an RV with access to both is certainly better than just parking somewhere.

There might actually be places close to campus where you can park this thing overnight, but you will need to rotate them, because almost nowhere in the world would let you stay there rent free for any length of time, and you have to dump the toilet and charge the water. Unless there's an RV Park you're fucked, unless you find one, then you're double fucked because the people who live in those things are dirt poor. Sell the fucking thing for whatever you can get, maybe it will pay for rent for a while.

I'm, I've been doing it for years and I've become very good at it.
For example the other day a few co-workers asked me to come and play some football with them.
Honestly I don't like the game, I just lied and told them I have a knee problem because of an old car accident.
