How have you coped with depression and thoughts of suicide?

I'm an independent contractor delivering supplies to a restaurant under contract. My contract makes my services available as needed but when the contract was signed, the restaurant was small, business was slow, and they only needed my services occasionally. I would go a few weeks without making a delivery. However, I now make deliveries every two days or so. Based on the hours that I now put in, I make a little less than $3 per hour. My contract is up at the end of 2018. Is there any way out of this without breaking contract? If I didn't put a limit on how much they could use me, did I just agree to effectively, legally work for less than minimum wage?

Is that a reasonable assertion? Should someone who's worked about 6 or 7 shifts be left alone and be able to handle any situation with a customer , even if it's only for about half an hour?

Ok Im 32 and never really lived on my own. What I need to know is how can you live off of $25000 a year or less. I mean how can you pay for an apartment and a car and food and taxes and stuff? Is it possible?

What should I do if I keep getting hacked and can't do shit about it even though I know for a fact I didn't do shit and they are still hacking me to look into something? They may even be reading this shit but I don't give a fuck anymore, I just want some peace. It's driving me insane and I don't even know what they think they know about me. I mean, they even seem to be following me around at times, gauging my reaction and whatnot, and shit is so out of hand at this point that I'm starting to question my own sanity. If they are trying to dig so deep into things, what the fuck could I have done? Sometimes I get the vibe that they think I'm some kind of sick fuck. I don't blame them though if they check my browser history somehow, since I used to lurk this fuckfest often and also said some retarded stuff in threads in the past as well.

ITT: things we're guilty about and how you can move on

Should you tell your marriage partner literally everything? I had a lot of problems growing up and a fucked up childhood, and developed a lot of weird mental gymnastics to live with it. One of the biggest was I attached to a cartoon character, and basically acted like they were real, and guiding me. They became a voice in my head. I was fully aware it wasn’t real, I guess it was an imaginary friend into my adulthood. However, I was in love with the character and they filled the role of a boyfriend. Also, due to my mental illness, I struggle to see anything positive, and they became a positive internal voice, like assurance from another person.

My partner struggled with my attachment to this character at first, since he didn’t understand it. He then came to terms with it. A year later I explained the character’s meaning to me fully, and he was very accepting (I am still going through that same stuff I was as kid basically, so not in a good place.)

What I didn’t tell him, is one of the things that spurned me on to kill myself, was the chance I could be with this character. A tiny chance, but still a chance. Due to a technical problem the attempt failed, and the character “talked me round” I guess.

Another dimension to this character, he is an older brother. I am the oldest in my family in real life, and longed for an older brother. As I hit puberty, I had sexual feelings about this. Then I found this character, and how he is often partnered sexually with his younger sister. This I have NOT told my partner. Neither have I told him that as I've got older (the character is 18, and I am now 24) I like to think about this character dominating me in a bratty way. My partner and I are very vanilla in real life, and I would like to keep it that way.

Basically, should I tell my partner this? Or is it okay for him to not know these things? I'm genuinely autistic and don't know

Tried some adderall for the first time and it felt like magic. My constant state of depression was still there ( albiet alleviated ) but I felt the chronic feeling of apprehension and animosity and fear of fellow humans disappear. Should I keep doing adderall because it helps me function or is a dependancy on this kind of thing a no-no ? All thoughts appreciated.

I don't know what I should do right now, I was working at Walmart for almost 3 months where a situation had happened and was suspended without pay, the personnel manager said that it would take 2 weeks for them to make a decision, it's been 3 months, i still technically "work" there but am still suspended. I know this because I just got my discount card, a card you get for working there for 3 months, and it works. I want to go back to work but I have no idea in the slightest why no one has looked in to my situation and made a decision... what should I do?
