I can't stop fighting with my brother. He's 27, I'm 18. We live in the same house, and we fight everytime. He's not good with anger, so sometimes he'd throw things or punch something. He bet money online, but never win, so he's pretty much incredibly angry all the time.

I'm not much better neither. When he calls me retard for some reason, (maybe because I actually did some silly shit, like overthrow a glass full of water, things like this) I say fuck you then he calls me shithead and so on till he outrage and start screaming or throwing things at the wall
Me and my brother really have to stop fighting. This makes my mother suffer, and it's stressful for me.

Hey /adv/, I've had a soul-crushing problem with my sexual health for as long as I can remember.
To put it in blunt terms, I have erectile dysfunction and very low sensitivity in my penis. I am a moderate size (6” inches) however it’s very hard to get erect and even harder to keep it that way. This hasn’t been a problem until recently as I’ve been a virgin all my life and have a generally low libido all things considered. However, I have recently acquired a girlfriend and she is very interested in the physicality of our relationship. We have attempted sex 3 times now and each time it’s taken me an extended period to become erect and once inside of her I would barely feel anything and would thus go soft fairly quickly. My dick honestly has no more sensitivity than my arm or leg, it’s that bad. I have been able to make my girlfriend cum multiple times outside of penetration and I have been able to just once. While I don’t feel like this is putting a huge strain on our relationship, it’s obviously not ideal and I have an appointment with my doctor soon, I would just like /adv/’s advice to see if there’s any other methods or things I can do to improve my love life. What i would recommend and what I think most people on here would also advise is to talk to a doctor openly about your problems and take their advice on what to do. There are a lot of myriad of different medicinal and lifestyle options at your disposal but it will basically be up to your own personal diligence and trial and error to find what's right for you.
You also mentioned that you work an office job, this kind of condition is actually fairly common for middle aged men working desk jobs for extended periods of time, but even if you're in your early 20s a sedentary lifestyle mixed with a naturally low libido can be equally as detrimental. I'm sure your doctor will tell you this too but if you star to eat healthier and work out a couple of days a week you will most likely see some positive results in terms of your natural sexuality. You don't even have to become a gym nut or anything, just try to put cleaner food in your body, drink primarily water and get some light to moderate exercise on a daily basis. I started working out a couple of days a week recently and it's helped me a lot in terms of my anxiety and general laziness, it might help in your situation as well.

Hey guys I'm going to try to keep this relatively short and easy to digest, but basically I need help picking what kind of ADHD and anxiety meds that I should be on. I'm a 2nd year college student and during my first year it was really difficult to concentrate during lectures or retain any information when trying to study. I still made good grades but I used energy drinks and caffeine pills to supplement actual concentration and energy. I talked to my parents about it recently and apparently I had previously been diagnosed with adhd as a kid when i was 4 or 5 and my mother refused to put me on ritalin because she didn't want me to turn into a robot. Hearing that made me consider what my life would have been like if I had been able to concentrate on school during my youth and whether or not I'd be studying at a better university right now or just having a better life in general. Im also pretty sure I have general anxiety disorder but I wont get too deep into that, to keep this relatively short.
My question is, what kind of ADHD meds do you guys think work best for someone who has had this kind of problem for a while? I've done some light research so far on meds like strattera and modafinil, and possible Lexapro for anxiety. I don't want to get on any scheduled drugs like adderall or xanax because I dont want to get addicted to that shit. My roomate is also on Lexapro and Strattera and he says its helped him a lot in terms of studying and he now talks to tall of his professors after class and is experiencing better grades as a result.
In terms of being able to acquire these drugs, I'm going to the same psychologist as my roomate and he said it was pretty easy to just name drop a non scheduled drug like lexapro or strattera and get the prescribed if you just seemed genuine when describing your situation and didnt seem like you were just trying to get high.
So what do you guys think? Any advice is really appreciated

Not an unreasonable question, but these drugs works diffrently on diffrent ppl and in diffrent dosage so there's going to be a bit of trial and error going on anyway. I'd say finding a doctor you trust is probably your best path to success.

Okay, male anons.
My boyfriend and I have been going on for about 3 months now, not a lot I know.
