For that kind of thing you're supposed to write why you deserve to be paid more, IE how you exceed the normal expectations of your job. Since I'm assuming this is all hypothetical, make some shit up. Like you take leadership roles when you work on projects, find solutions to problems that go beyond your job description, meet goals above and beyond your duties, etc

dont got a job? get one first. than save up enough to put down payments on where you want to live (most places require first and last months rent up front and/or security deposit) plus you'll need start up moneys for the basic furnitures and whatnot.

pick a place that you can afford. find out how much you make a month. if it varies, aim for your low average.

then look at where you want to live. can you afford your own room? or do you need to share a room?

as for food, you can save money by shopping at smart and final or somewhere similar. a pound of non-red meat costs less than a 1.50 and will make up the bulk of your dinner.

Since it sounds like that's what you're interested in I bet there are some tattoo-specific art classes out there. Maybe even just a normal drawing class or two too. If you're not into a class for a classes sake you can always find a project to do as well, like working on some art for your apt or making something as a gift for someone

According to studies it's magnitudes less carcinogenic than cigarette or cigar smoke.

That said, there was a large scale study done on tobacco use and life expectancy. All tobacco products resulted in a significant decrease in life expectancy, except for pipe smokers, who had an average of four years greater life expectancy than non-tobacco users.
This probably isn't due to any health benefits of pipe smoking itself, and is likely a result of the people who smoke pipes being wealthy - which would skew the results in favor of a higher life expectancy anyway.
If you're going to smoke, smoke a pipe, but it's probably not a good idea.
