Is there a way to reverse the consequences of long term adderall abuse? I used 40 mg a day for a long time and it's been half a year since I've used. I am depressed an anxious, moody, unmotivated, and feel like shit. I exercise regularly and eat healthy now, but my brain feels fucked. Please help.

Right so I am right handed and right footed and I cant use my left side of my body as good as my right.
But I am able to lift heavier weights (by atleast 5-10KG), punch harder with my left hand and kick a soccer ball more accurately and extremely powerful with my left hand foot. I literally cant use my left hand or foot in domestic tasks but am stronger with them physically. What does this mean?

I'm talking to this girl again after almost one year of no contact. We kinda "dated" for about two weeks but it didn't work out. Whatever, I contacted her again about a week ago because honestly she was fun to talk to and we have the same hobbies. Having small talk yesterday I asked her what's the birthday present she remembers the most. She said she didn't care much about gifts. Fine then, I changed the question and asked what's the birthday she remembers the most. She said she mostly enjoys just being with her family. Fuck me. I then proceeded to tell her the story of the birthday I remember the most in a voice message, clearly saying this should give her that small push to finally tell me her story. She just laughs at one funny part of my story and that's it. I got a bit mad. Asked her why the cold feet and told her I was expecting her to at least answer the fucking question. Common decency, you know? She still hasn't "read" the message (no blue double checks on Whatsapp) but one can clearly do it in the smartphone notification center without any problem. I bet she was since I've seen her online multiple times since then. Anyway, was I right to call her out? Or should I have just ignored it and talk about something else?

Anyone who's had problems with this in the past, can you give me advice? Do you have female friends? I always suggest making female friends. It will teach you the difference between a girl that just likes hanghing out with you, and a girl that actually likes you.
How do you make the weekend as restful and relaxing as possible so you're ready and refreshed to come back to work?
It seems like at the end of every weekend I'm in a panic about how I did too much and time flew by, and I feel terribly exhausted and stressed (even sick to my stomach). I always seem to get dragged out to do something, and while I want to keep my social life, I'm so sick of feeling like life is this whirlwind. That's not even taking into account chores and things like that.
Any tips for maxing out relaxation and making the weekends feel long?

This situation has ruined my life. I feel depressed, and the worse of it is that there is no cure yet.
What should I do? I've been to doctors, urologist, endocrinologist and even a sexologist. No one gave me a solution and I'm 25 years old already. I dont even want to date anymore because it feels so unnatural to me, and also because the shame of being impotent.
What is the point of living knowing you're not even a complete human being?

I need your help anons.
A bank check I recieved by postal service and let on my desk disappeared, it wasn't a big sum of money but I'm almost perfectly sure it was stolen by my brother or one of his friends (none of them have money, they live off their parents/my father's money and their always "hanging out" here). I'm beyond furious right now and the little fucker doesn't give a shit.
What Should I do?

Contact the person/company who wrote the check and tell them it was stolen. (You don't have to go into details). Ask that they do whichever of these is appropriate:
1. If it hasn't been cashed, stop payment on it and send you a duplicate.
2. If it has, get the check from their bank and send you a copy so you can identify the thief.

my memory of my childhood is really weird, i remember i had the same dream every night for the duration of my 4-5 years of age, when i had started to finally form memories. the dream was that my apartment was floodes and i had to jump from the floating objects in the apartment to make it to the living room, where my family was waiting for me. i never made it across every night, but then one day i finally made it and my family was at the other end, all happy and excited that i made it across.
now here it kinda gets weird. for some reason i remember i was living the exact same day of my life, doing the exact same thing every single day, during the duration of time these dreams took place. not just the same routine, like the exact same things, all the time. it ended right when i got to my family, which also my last dream
now of course that's ridiculous, and most likely isnt what really happened, but it's weird to think how i remembered it like that. maybe as i just started to get out of childhood amnesia, i started to have weird, flawed almos,t memories because i had just learned this new ability, and my brain was still getting used to it?
