Do you think it matters what a girl's vagina looks like?
I'm extremely self conscious about how mine looks and I can't seem to get over it. My boyfriend says it's okay but honestly he's those guys who would be fine with anything (in my opinion).
But if we don't last forever I'm nervous about my next relationship or hookup and what they'll think.
I know a lot of older guys aren't picky but I'm young , therefore imagine myself in situations with younger people (18-20's) and I know guys that age are kinda picky.
Do you think that'll ever be a relationship breaker? If me and a guy hit it off but he doesn't like how I look down there and it ruins the potential relationship. I don't want to date someone disgusted with how it looks.
Idk if I'm paranoid or if guys actually think it matters

How do I just ask someone out on a date?

More specifically, how do I just jump into it? Today I was going to ask my coworker out to...something (I don't really know what I would have asked her to). She walked past me and I turned around, and I was about to open my mouth and ask her out when I realized I didn't have any idea what to say/how to start it. So what am I actually supposed to say?

There was no conversation leading up to it, she walked past and I just thought "it's now or never". I realized that even if we had been having a conversation, I'd have no idea how to get to the topic of going out. Would it be too jarring if I just sperged out and bluntly asked her out?

I know this sounds autistic as fuck but bear with me, I've never had to explicitly ask a romantic interest out, even less in person.

So today, I attended my first meeting of a major-related student association, and seemed to socialize pretty well while there despite my usual ineptness. In particular I spent a while talking with this girl roughly a year older than me about our majors. We seemed to really hit it off; we had an interesting conversation about current events and the history of Latin American economics, I asked about what classes she enjoyed and didn't and for advice on how to proceed with my major, and I cracked a few jokes throughout that made her laugh pretty hard. Our conversation continued for about 15 minutes after the meeting was out and most of the rest of the members had left, and I'm fairly sure I wasn't just dragging it on, as it dragged on mostly because she asked questions to me several times about e.g. what area of the major I was most interested in and my opinion on then-unrelated current events. She seemed interested through the whole conversation.

I left the conversation when we ran out of topics for the moment. I said: "Well, it was really nice talking to you and really nice to meet you, [Name]. See you at the next meeting." She responded similarly. There's another event for that club tomorrow, at a hall; I was planning on going, and know she is going as well. She got to this meeting 20 minutes early so I'm fairly certain that next time I run into her will probably be outside of the hall 15-20 minutes before the event in question starts, since I also like to get there early.

So:

1. Should I have asked for her phone number at the end of the conversation or would that not have been appropriate? All my friends were saying yes but I'm not sure if that would just be completely wrong.

2. Should I ask her tomorrow at the hall?

3. If not, when if ever?

4. If so, how should I ask?

Note: I have pretty much zero experience in this area, so no "common sense" advice is too low for me.

at what age did you realize that you'll never achieve your dreams? And that your life is not, and never will be what you'd hoped it would be?

I'm 25 and I think I'm getting to that point. My parents had such high hopes for me and I've fucked it all up. They give me so much support but I can never do enough with it. I can never be constructive enough.

I'm so upset with myself

I have been 5'5 since the 8th grade, but I still have many friends and good things going for me, and don't really want to die.

So rather how do I come to terms with the fact that I will never find love?

So I've moved to a different place out of necessity since roommates were a problem.
And now I've moved in with a friend but problem is I get the feeling she likes me. She always puts me as a priority. Asks me to eat out with her regularly and texts me about how I'm doing habitually. I rarely ever text them first.
Ever since I've moved in she's made me breakfast and regularly makes me food and asks me to hang out watch shows etc. I don't mind these things but it feels like she wants to get every opportunity to spend time with me.
Even if I step out for a smoke for a few minutes they step out just to be around me and it makes me feel strange.

They are not my type as they are very traditional and conservative and way over my age: 36 while I'm 23. They also have a 'boyfriend' who they barely see and lives in another town.

I've known this person for years (they're an untraditional student) and now she's my landlady. I'm not sure how she feels about me and I don't ever want to bring it up ever since it's really uncomfortable (plus I don't want to be too presumptuous) but how do I prevent them from wanting to be around me so much passively without being a dick about it because they really are a good friend to me.

Hey /adv/,

So I graduated from college with a BA in Geography about a year ago, and haven't been able to find a real job with my useless degree.

Should I just bite the bullet and go back to school and get a (Associate's?) degree in engineering or some other challenging field?

Do you think that me going back to pursue another degree is a waste of time and money, or would the payoff be worth it in the end?

i can't focus on study and need to take better notes plz help
I try to focus and read the material, but I just lose focus and have to reread the same sentence like 10 times to try and retain it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Someone please advise me.
Also, how do I learn to take better notes during lectures? I can't write fast enough to take down every word the prof says, obviously, but I got a 54 on a quiz a little while ago. I do pay attention in class, but I can't figure out how to most effectively study and note take.

Is it odd my GF who is in grad school and lives an hour away hangs out at her best friend's apartment (who is a guy) every single night?

Shes always texting me so she isn't out of communication when shes hanging out with him. I've also never met this guy, she always invites him out when I'm around but he tends to always be busy.

Idk but should i be concerned?

my state is one of like 10 that are considering some sort of "bathroom bill" that will essentially make it illegal for me to use women's locker rooms and bathrooms. and i'm starting to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. i was born and raised in this state and have lived here always, but now things are starting to get kind of intense. i haven't had any issues with women before, but have had issues when i was earlier in transition and tried to use men's rooms. they'd tell me i was in the wrong place or just be very weird around me.

i've only been using women's rooms for over a year now, and like i said there have been no issues. but i do go to the gym a lot, and use the locker rooms there. i've never changed in the locker room but have used the sauna (with clothes on) and use the lockers to keep shit in. now i'm worried about someone telling me i can't be there, and i don't know what the gym itself will do. it's kinda feeling like i may no longer have a place in the world, or something. it's causing me quite a bit of anxiety and i'm already quite depressed. maybe the universe is giving me a sign that i just don't belong? maybe i should kill myself idk. sometimes i really hate being this.

posted on /o/ but didnt get much advice just people talking about other cars.

so what do you guys think, should i buy this datsun (Nissan) 280zx for restoration? sure the 240z /s30 is often seen as the better one but the asking price for this is $2000 and i could probably drive it down to like 1k, even lower (its bombed and missing parts as well as being an unpopular model cause its a 4 seater).

then an additional question is how much does it tend to cost for these sort of restoration projects? i dont mind not being able to restore it all at once but i dont want to sink money into it that i would never get back
