This questions interests me because I live in IL and have my medical marijuana card, but obviously driving while high is still illegal.
So if I get pulled over after I've cheefed a massive joint, reeking of weed and my eyes are bloodshot, then show the cop my MM card, what can he do? As far as I know there isn't a breathalyzer or any other field test that tests for THC.

I have something that is not about relationships.
What I can't understand is how anyone can hold a full-time job in anything more than retail or something similar. Currently working on the proposal for my master's thesis and seriously considering just becoming a criminal several times a day, as well as giving a lot of thought on which drugs to buy. The reason is that I have to do a formality-work that I consider unnecessary: I have to find related work although it is clear that there is none (the counselors said so themselves), but a thesis needs a proposal which needs related work, period. I can't understand how anyone is able to do stuff like that for 40 hours a day for about a third of their lives. I already contacted the psychological help department of my university, but the schedule is tight so I have to wait.
When my friends complained about that I didn't get it; I told them just to meditate and do the work. Now I get it; but the fact that I suffer so much and am failing to do this abstract dance really grinds my gears.
tldr: please tell me how to focus on (somewhat unnecessary) work for 40 hours a week.

I've been talking to a girl for a couple weeks, and a few days ago she came over to my apartment. We were cuddling and I eventually kissed her. We slept in the same bed but nothing more happened. So, I had an interview for an apprenticeship yesterday. It began with an recruitment test, and after it was marked the interview round began (we were 3 applicants total, each interviewed individually).
Before even the test began, the lady from the human resources asked if I brought my school certificates with me, because she couldn't open the file (I applied per email). Of course, I brought a folder with all copies with me, just in case and I sure got some bonus sympathy points for it.
Later on, when it was my turn with the interview, it was said that I did good on the test, average in math, good in German and English, and outstanding in common knowledge.
So I told a little about myself, was asked about my hobbies and so on. What I was also asked was, if this company was one of my top priority and if they would hire me this week, if I'd be ready to sign. So I told them "Yes, they are definitely one of the important ones", but my answer had an emotionless and dry tone, so I was again, more specifically and replied: "Your company is definitely among the ones of my top priority, it would be important to me to work for you", but in the same tone again. I generally talk rather emotionless or cold, and I didn't want to come off as a kissass with being over-enthusiastic.
At the end of the interview, I asked what they (since it were 2 interviewers) like about their company, and they were really expansive about what they liked, and therefore got in a good mood. Then we shook hands, told me I'd hear from them at the end of this week (they do it with every applicant) and that was it.
We 3 were introduced to the latest apprentices and I was the most open to talk with, and there was one I got along quite well too.
So, what do you think? Did I do well? I genuinely think that my emotionless voice could break my neck in this one, and working for this company is of utmost importance to me.

Additional info: it is an apprenticeship as a wholesaler and I was accoridngly well dressed. The interview went on for about 15 or 20 minutes, I think the shortest one of all 3 - I guess that since I was the least of all of them.

There's no question that a little more enthusiasm would have helped, and if you don't get this one, practice sounding enthusiastic even if it's false.
If you get as far as an interview, they've already decided that you meet all the qualifications for the job. The interview is to find out more about you as a person - whether you'd fit in with the other people in the company and whether they'd enjoy having you around every day.
That's why you really have to work at selling your personality - even if you have to be a little false about it.

It's not like I never had an interview before. This has been my 7th for an apprenticeship. I found out that it really depends on the interviewer. How well they are prepared and what questions they ask. The more specific the better for me, and a huge confidence boost if they're genuinely interested and sense it.
The interviewers kind of indicated that they doubt my social competence, because they emphasized how important teamwork is, and I told them that I have fun and enjoy working in a team of course (I know that I don't come off as such but I really do).
So, do you think I'd get the apprenticeship based on what I shared?

Ok, i have "girl problems" but this one is kinda complicated and does not involve myself directly, going to be as short as possible

1. Her best friend has "abandoned" her. She has a friend, who is one of her closest and oldest friends. Like friends for 25 years type of friends. This friend of hers was always single, but as soon as she found a guy she just completely dropped of the face of the earth. I like her, and i like the guy shes dating, we have invited them for dinner and other couples shit countless times, but they NEVER comply. 9/10 when my GF and her makes some kind of appointment she flakes and this whole situation is obviously quite painful for my GF. As a guy i struggle to understand this, because it seems completely fucked up to just throw away a friendship like that.
2. Her closest superior at work (which is a woman) treats her like shit. My GF is great at her job, has a longer education than all of her coworkers and the boss in question. Somehow she feels like her boss is threatened by her and she has to deal with loads of passive-aggressive bullshit. Right now changing jobs for her is not an option either.
3. All this shit (and some other shit) makes her depressed and she often feels like shes "not good enough". I assure her that she is, but it does not really work.
Is there anything i can do to fix it or at least make her feel better?

I completely threw friendships away multiple times aswell but that was even before i had a gf. It's not really because of the gf it's more that i am a shitty person and i don't find myself comfortable with some people anymore.
Maybe she's like this or she has a bf now and no need to put herself out there anymore.
