I was hanging with a girl for about a month. We started off as FWB's then later agreed to not pursue a serious relationship but remain friends if we stopped having sex. Fast forward to this Monday we got together for breakfast and she told me she wanted to stop having sex with me but remain friends. However, when we parted ways I asked her if we were actually gonna hangout in person and she said it would be awkward but I could still text her. Normally if it was someone else I'd take this as a subtle way of them telling me they want to end all communication but I'm not sure with her because she told me multiple times prior to that day that she'd want to be my friend. Put on music, clear your mind and only focus on the stimulation of someone's bare skin on yours. Foreplay is a HUGE factor. Alot of people cannot just jump into sex.

Okay there's several aspects here. First of all, you are (assumingly) a young, reasonably healthy guy. So your issues are psychological. You can overcome those, but having a banshee for a girlfriend who expects you to be a fuckstud doesn't exactly help.

So about her. It seems to me that she has quite some insecurities and hang ups about sex herself, and is unaware that men are not human dildos. Having said that, I do NOT blame her for wanting to look in her partner's eyes the first time she has sex and not be plowed from behind (no offense, it's a great position but much much less intimate and romantic).

I think in this situation the combination of your anxiety and expectations and her heightened expectations because of her first time could be a fatal combination. Does she have many other redeeming qualities? Is she more sensitive and accomodating in other aspects?

I had this issue with my girl when we first started having sex. It was embarrassing as FUCK because she's beautiful but here I am going soft and not being able to get off. I found that getting her off with oral or fingering a few times helped because she would feel satisfied and for me, her riding me while I laid back changed my mental hangups and eventually we were able to do it anywhere. Ask if she can just bounce on your dick so things stay intimate with eye contact or whatever.

Obviously condoms take care of the baby issue and the STDs. Yes not every single STD can be prevented by using a condom, but this is a fact of life and if you're (like anyone else) unwilling to give up on sex because of that, the discussion ends there. If you want to be extra safe, use spermicide on the condom (make sure that if you want to eat her out, you do so beforehand, the taste of pussy after condom/spermicide is not good) and make sure your pubes are at most trimmed. Shaved pubic hair ups the risk that you get infected.

People shit on condoms for being unrealiable, but with proper usage they are as effective as oral BC with normal use. Which means: check them under a light source for damage/holes beforehand, and cast a quick look to see if it's damaged afterwards.

The psychological part cannot be easily solved. It's a long term thing that will only change once you leave your comfort zone. It's hard to convince yourself that you're a sexual being attractive to women when you never allow yourself to experience that. There's a lot between no contact with women and sex, just flirting a little can already change your perspective somewhat. Baby steps.

Flirting is like talking. It's only creepy if you ignore the signs of your conversational partner. The idea with flirting isn't that you say something openly sexual or provocative right away - yeah sure, you can, but it's a bold move only suited to someone who can shrug off a bolder rejection in turn. Most people do not fall in this category and flirt tentatively. Which means you can abort everything if the other person isn't enthusiastic before saying anything "bad".

Definitely break news to your CEO first. That way it's official and he won't hear it from your managers. Tell him exactly what bugs you and if there could be any improvements made. If you care about the job that much see if you can change your responsibilities slightly so it will suit you and everyone else. If you really feel the need to leave, be sure to have a backup plan, because quitting a career with no backup plan is the worst thing and can set you back a few years by having to climb corporate ladders all over again.

If you say there's no organization and they SOMEHOW convince you to stay prepare yourself to make some suggestions on changes. Even if they ask you what can be done about that you should have answers ready to help them in the future.
