No. Not giving appropriate foreplay is inconsiderate to your partner. Dealing with a physical condition is not an obligation you have for anyone but yourself. You SHOULD work into feeling more healthy, mentally and physically, and it'll help your orgasms. But never associate it with a duty to your partner, it's counter productive.
