My sister might be facing 8 years in prison for being the driver of a drug filled car she said she didn't know had drugs. Here's what happened
>sister said she got asked by her friend she knew for like a month to go to Mississippi from cali.
>she would get paid for the gas money and then some for helping her out
>she agrees to it
>she gets to new mexico
>cops find the drugs that her friend was hiding
>sister says that her friend said that she was the shot caller in all of this
>goes to jail for about 2 days
>comes back to cali
>has to go to court in new mexico for the drug possession
>sister says that the lawyer in new mexico wont do the case since she doesnt live in new mexico
>lawyer asks for 10k(2.5k down payment) for him to close the case and have her guarantee her freedom, if not then she will go to jail for not having a lawyer to defend her when the court event happens.
I honestly find this whole situation messy

>family knew of her plan of going that fucking far and tell her not to go
>she does so anyways
>she feels as if she WILL go to jail after the family and I tell her she will be innocent
>lawyer giving pressure to "guarantee her freedom"
This is honestly the first time I dealt with this kind of situation. Right now my parents are asking me to pitch in but hearing all of this makes me feel like I shouldn't because I really do feel like she has nothing to worry about, but then again I don't know how the whole lawyer and court shit works and my mother pressuring me is not helping. So what should I do?

I've recently started dating a guy. I'm going on my 5th date soon. Should I do a comprehensive internet search on him? his name is quite common so I'm not coming up with anything. Any advice on how to do a proper search? My gut and or paranoia tells me to look. he's canadian/american.

I met a guy on ok Cupid about a month ago, and he seemed really cool and straight acting online, but he's a total fruit in real life. Has a voice of a fairy, says thing like "fabulous" unironically, has a dead eye, loves romantic comedies, has made me watch four movies so far about or with drag queens in them, always has a slobbery wet mouth like a dog, constantly gossiping about girls he works with, we've already sucked each other off so there's pretty much no going back now. He also knows where I live.

Is it wrong to break it off with someone if they're just not your type if you've already been sexually involved?

I'm really, really depressed right now.

I have a genetic disposition to think negatively about things, and I can't stop thinking about how I'm over a quarter through my life and I still haven't touched a woman's body.

What can I do to improve my features, my looks? Please, I don't want to die a virgin. I'm funny and have had plenty of friends, just for some reason have never had good luck with women.

(I tried to keep this as short as possible sorry) Few months back a very close friendship abruptly ended, in a really bad way. All communications were instantly blocked by that person. I was/am in love with that person, that's relevant. (we live very far apart from eachother so we dont see eachother irl)

My problem is that its bringing me down, a lot. I have been crying every day since that day. Im not able to process it. So much that I have no motivation to do anything anymore, when I try anything it feels like a chore and want to go back to bed. Im not able think about anything else. I am at home all day, no school/work

How can I get over this? I have wasted so much time that I might need to take a gap year now because Im too late with filling in applications for deciding a school

How do I fuck my ex? Long story short, we dated in highschool for like 6 months and I took her virginity. Shes been messaging me lately telling me she still loves me and all this other bullshit, and offered me to come out with her and her friend tonight. How do I use the whole "still clingy" thing to my advantage?

p.s. shes fucking crazy as hell (had to get admitted to a pysch ward after I dumped her) but she is hot as fuck.

A little back story, her and I started dating very quickly after my last girlfriend of 4 years cheated on me with a guy from another state she met online.

The first 2 months were great, we were moving pretty quickly but we both talked about it and decided we were good with the pace. She started moving her stuff in (clothes, gaming systems, her cat, ect)

About 2 months in she said she thought we were moving too fast and wanted to take a step back. We went from spending every day together to hanging out once or twice a week.

This brought out some insecurities and paranoia in myself (probably caused by my last relationship) that eventually caused us to break up about a month after that (only 3 months total dating).

It's been about a month since the breakup and she still has most of her things at my house. She texts me every single day. (She always texts first, I make it a point never to text her first) We still go out to dinner once a week or so.

I made it clear I'd like to try and salvage the relationship but she always avoids the question or says something like "I dont think thats a good idea right now" or "I dont want a relationship right now"

So a couple of days ago I finally told her that being friends and talking every day isn't working for me. I need to distance myself for a while so I can have a little bit of time to get over my feelings for you but feel free to come get the rest of your stuff whenever.To which she just responded "okay"

So I stopped texting her, blocked her and unfollowed her on social media. Today she messages me

>Im gonna come get my stuff sometime this week.
>Okay that's great, I didn't expect you to get it so soon. I put everything in the spare room for you.

>No response for hours

So I've been getting calls for over a week now, once a day from an unknown number.
They either call at from 8am to about midday.

Every time it's the same thing:
> "Hello?"
> silence
> "Hello?"
> silence for 10 seconds
> weird dial up sort of sound
> they hang up

What or who could this be?
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
Should I just stop answering when I see an unknown caller?

I've started going out with a girl I met 2 weeks ago. We are really liking each other, I feel passionate about her and she [spoiler]claims to be[/spoiler] in love with me. We have slept together, tho we have not had actual sex, only been to foreplay, hj's and stuff. She claims "I like you too much to take things this fast"; "If I didn't like you that much, i'd be riding you" and "I don't want it to become just about the sex". We are in the same college and some people have already seen us together, so I don't think she'd be "cheating" on me with nayone in college. She has said stuff like she's in love and stuff like that, to which I have replied to feel alike. She's a foreigner from Bolivia and lives by herself. I am really, really enjoying to be with her, but...

I get scared she could be just playing with me. I feel honesty in her words, but she is just too gorgeous and likes all the weird stuff I like. Sometimes I get jealous at some stuff. She is not my girlfriend, but I am pretty sure we are going in the way of becoming a couple. But I feel like I might be the one being played with here. She just told me she is going to a party right now, which isn't terrible, since we aren't a couple, but we're almost that, I think. She doesn't drink, so there would be no excuse for "cheating" or anything.
How do you guys deal with all this jealousy? I am really insecure and have never had a girlfriend, even tho I have been with quite a few pretty women.

So I am 23 and my four year relationship ended last summer. The girl is my age.

It took me a while to get over it. I dated a lot, had a handful of hookups, few short term gf's, and now I'm single.

I was just finally starting to feel radical self-improvement, and then something happened.

My gf dumped her rebound and now she is entering a longing phase of thinking about how good things used to be, missing me, etc. She hasn't contacted me, but I made the mistake of checking her twitter recently and mutual friends confirmed she's single and misses me.

I feel like a hex got placed on me or something. I was doing so good, now I can't get her out of my head. I have to stop myself from checking her social media.

A month ago I wasn't completely over her. Recently I was, now all the feelings are coming back.

"She misses you, maybe she'll contact you and you guys can start anew."

This thought keeps popping into my head. But before I heard she was single, I was literally thinking "man she really is not right for me, I'm looking forward to meeting the next love of my life."

Wtf do I do to get back in that mindset? Just go back to zero contact or "checking in" and maybe the feelings will subside in time? Help.

So my boyfriend .keeps cumming on me even though he isnt supposed to and I feel really, really bullied. He says that because I'm his girlfriend, it isn't bullying, but I disagree. What should I do?

the problem is; she made a VERY GENEROUS offer to keep sending my bf money every month. my belief is she made a promise she can't afford to deliver... but is having trouble trying to scrounge up the money she promised and keeps making excuses to extend her deadlines.

i want her to stop baiting my bf and tell him the truth. i want my bf to stop hoping for this woman to give him money that's never going to come. he is so desperate, and does not need this kind of false hope... he's been making plans around this forever and it's making me so angry and sad.

what can i do in this situation?? she keeps baiting him, and my bf keeps falling for it.

i'm 29 y/o trans woman and i live with my dad. work fulltime making $12/hr and go to school. taking science courses but it's gonna be years and years it seems before i graduate. hard to work and do school together.

but like i want surgeries and things. they cost a lot. how can i make money?
