I've been trying to figure out if I even have a chance of passing a urine piss test. I've been smoking weed for 3-4 years on a pretty much daily basis. I went through the same thing. Just drink a lot of water daily and do something that makes you sweat gym jerkofff w/e. Couple days before buy a rapid test from Walgreens and check yourself. I didn't pass so I asked a clean friend to piss in a 5 hour energy. Before you walk in to get tested blast your cars heat and warm up the bottle on the vent. My PTSD is the most severe it has ever been. I have up to 10 flashbacks daily which is costing me my job. I don't really want to go into details about my PTSD but it is non-military related. It is torture and abuse related.
But when the clouds part for a brief moment in my mind I remember that I have a college degree in psychology which was a stupid choice but I took someone's advice I trusted and you know how that goes. Trust missed a good chance at being a 4 letter word.
I'm a skilled visual artist. That I am sure of. But artists are worthless in this day and age. I've tried selling pop art on eBay but it's like third world country earnings for drawing from dawn to dusk.
I'm an excellent writer but it seems like you can't make money from writing anymore either. If it's possible, point me in the right direction if you yourself are earning money writing about something that doesn't make you want to drown yourself. I will even write smut. I am not prudish.
I have a work background in student financial aid and admissions but here's the catch--these places often drug test and well, I don't have any insurance right now so my only treatment is cannabis. It's the only thing that stops the flashbacks, but I can't smoke that while I'm at work. I would be fired because I'm one of those people that can't hide that they are high af.
My current employer is so stupid they couldn't even figure out when my health insurance would kick in so they gave me the wrong date so I set my obamacare to cancel (trying not to be a piece of shit freeloader here) the day before the new insurance started, but once that date arrived they told me it would be another month. So now I don't even have insurance and I desperately need a psychiatrist.
Got any advice for me to make some money so I can start seeing a psychiatrist?

How do I sell myself to make it known to a potential employer that I know the material, but I have no official experience in the field?
I'm applying to a PC Technician Level 1 position near me, and the only thing that I don't have is DoD security clearance, or official MCSA certification (I think Network+ would work well in here too, but I'm currently studying for that exam). As far as the material knowledge of what the job description gives me, I know all of it, and have had hands-on experience in setting material up myself.
How do I show the employer that I know the material without lying on a resume?

Maybe, yeah. I did work for a best buy for a while back, and I bounced between home theatre, geek squad, and the pc section for a while, even though home theatre was where I was assigned. I've been building/fixing computers and home networks since I was like, 10. I've probably built 20-30 computers to date, for friends and family, and I've kept them working since they were first turned on. I can't say I did any of it for money, mainly because I just enjoy building it, but I can always say I did. And the Best Buy bit, I can probably stretch the truth and say I worked for geek squad and the computer department as well - wouldn't be too terribly wrong, a lot of the reps from other departments, GS and PCs included came to me to ask questions about stuff.
Question is, how do I sell that?

Hey goys. Need some advice in regards to education/career stuff.
I hate college. I've switched majors twice now and took a semester off and tried to do some soul-searching or whatever but nothing worked. It's looking like I won't be getting my degree until I'm about 24 (I'm 21 now). Unfortunately, the degree would be useless on its own, as my originial plan was to go to law school. However, that would set me back to not beginning my career until I'm 27.
My dilemma is this: if I don't go to law school, I'll probably be poor, jobless, and struggling to make ends meet, but at least I will possibly be moving on with my life out of being a manchild. If I DO go to law school, I will be pretty much guaranteed a decent position and living due to my parents' connections, but will probably feel even more left behind by the world. What do?

Yes that's part of it. Also, I would feel like I was entering the "real world" kinda late in life, and I don't know if I want to continue to be dependent on my parents until I'm 27. But on the other hand, I'm scared that if I don't go to law school, I won't be able to make any money to support myself and will end up dependent on them anyway

If you want to be healthy incorporate cardio. You can do easy as balls cardio and body weight exercises at home to start losing weight. When you gain some confidence switch over to the gym. going to a gym is mostly used for building muscle, to lose weight you generally need cardio, but unless you're already good at cardio you wont be able to burn too many calories truth be told. that being said you should definitely still run / jog because in addition to burning some calories it also just helps with core muscle development (instead of arms and chest that the gym would give you) and lays a good groundwork for when you finally do begin going to the gym.
the real way to lose weight is to diet. say you eat chicken alfredo for dinner. thats a pound of chicken with some noodles and some sauce. the chicken its self is 800 calories for a pound. a cup of noodles is 200 calories.
replace that (and the noodles) with greenbeans and thats only 141 calories. so by removing chicken + noodle and replacing with a vegetable you are saving your self more than 800 calories.
ideally you want to eat 500 fewer calories a day in order to start losing weight. if I had to guess you eat a full meal for lunch AND dinner, so by simply switching to veggies for ONE meal a day you are already cutting down 800 calories. also remove all drinks except water (you can still drink soda on the weekend) you'll lose even more weight.
