I've been single for three years. Partly by choice at first and then later on a realized that most women aren't interested in me at all. Today's modern society has transformed the definition of love into a combination of lust and tolerance.

I could land a relationship easily, but I recently got out of a long term relationship (marriage). And I've been working on myself (exercise 5 times a week, finding a decent job, eating healthy, losing weight) to boost my confidence and reduce my stress.

Do I just leave the apartment unlocked until I scrape up the cash needed to re-key? I hate that I might damage my friendship with him but the last idea also sounds terrible. I also really don't like the idea of paying $150 to re-key and then finding them a week later. What do?

At what point should a student call it quits with Uni?
I attend a community college and have accumelated 6 F's and a couple D's in my two years there, but this third I'm going to clean up my transcript before I transfer to Uni. I did the math and if I get straight A's I can pull off above a 3.- before transferring, and above a 3.8 before graduating from Uni. I got FAFSA right out of high school so I never really cared, I even got to pocket $500 a term, so I took advantage of that, but now regret it gravely.
My dream is to get accepted into a PhD math/CS program (likely starting with masters cuz it's easier to get accepted that way), do you think it's still possible?

Possibly a bit of an unusual post here guys but what do you think of this shit?
I recentre moved out of my final year student digs that I had to live in as a room filler with some of the shit ties girls I've ever met. They were immature, messy drug addicts that constantly left the oven on, doors and windows open all night and habitually smoked pot. Not to mention, one of their boyfriends squatted in our house rent free. Me and one other guy living there were concerned about this shit from day one and told the landlord that we didn't want to live there any more because they were disregarding our requests for the place to be cleaned and things to be sorted. The landlord alays responded with how he didn't want to be a referee in the house and we were all mature adults that should've sorted things without him. Low and behold the year came to an end with the place being teased and robbed just after my most recent visit to the property and I'm being blamed for leaving the doors open which I had a witness with me as I secured the place. What follows is the landlord's text messages to me just this evening. Apologies in advance for sounding like a nob and losing my ability to text coherently as he made me rage so hard.

We are currently having warm weather in the UK.
It's unbearable.
I went to my fridge for some milk and found that it had frozen so much that there was a milk iceberg (milkberg) floating around in the carton.
Other items had completely frozen- grated cheese, some scotch eggs etc.
What happened?
Is the milk safe to drink?
Is there anything I need to be cautious of?
My stuff is towards the bottom of the fridge and there isn't much else in there at the moment.
I haven't ever touched the settings but it's possible some guests did.

I've not been officially diagnosed me with being a Sociopath, but for years I have believed it.
I show all the signs and have deliberately done things to hurt people for my own personal gain then left then stranded when I was done using them.
I don't have a problem with lying, I don't have a heart for anyone, and I don't care about life like most people.
Although I long for a relationship where my partner is okay with being used and manipulated for my own use. How do I go about this? I'm out of school and work a minimum wage job trying to save to go back to college for Psychology.

Well I at the very least have been trying to move him to the "well man if she wants it ya can't stop her" and don't much care if she gets it or not. He's just torn up about it not because of contraception, but because he just feels like it's a bad idea (I know it's not a great thing to trust your gut but last time I didn't my sister got cancer), and because he's weird about foreign bits that are in/on the body, like he really doesn't like her piercings that she got.
But you make a point, I'm being a shit person by saying "talk her out of it," and the more appropriate question is either how I help him cope, and perhaps help communicate his issue more appropriately?
Personally I just think it requires a bit more thought on her part before she does it.
