I'm trying to do that now actually by improving my surroundings and myself, it's helping. Though I have another problem related to this. I tend to put less effort into things where I'm not motivated by anger or other negative emotions. I can write essays about a topic that gets me steamed but it's hard to really communicate with kind and agreeable people as well as I'd like to, I just don't seem to put the effort in as much.

Hi. I think I'm developing an eating disorder..
I'm on these shakes which are meal replacement, I have a weight watchers meal for dinner and have snacks inbetween that.
I'm counting calories and tracking them on an app.
I dont feel like I'm losing weight but I've lost 9lbs in 2 weeks and I dont know if thats good or bad.
If I dont know the calories in food I wont eat it.
People at my work place think I'm stupid for going on a diet because im 'already tiny', but I truly believe theyre either being kind or taking my short height into thinking I'm an acceptable weight.
I feel like I'm on top of this at the moment but im worried I will become more obsessed.
I feel fine. Any advice?

Ok that makes me feel better. The few people in my life have made a big deal over my counting calories and have tried to get me to break my diet.
I'm not going to because once I start breaking it i know I'll break it every other day and then soon be back where I started.
They also think that me not drinking anything besides green tea and water is insane? Have you had similar situations? I never know what to say back to them.

Hello everyone, I am in need of a new phone after my 3-4 year old Motorola Moto G is slowly giving up.
I want to spend around 100-200 € and I don't need a big screen as I've been pretty happy with the 4.5 inch screen but I'd definitely go bigger if the price is reasonable.
Please help me find a new phone, I appreciate any serious advice and help.

Today was college result and I got 20.50 score out of hundred and I know its all my fault for being a lazy looser BUT WTF SOMEONE GET 100 out of 100 I am like shit nigga what happened and the second highest score is wait for it 63.75 I am completely blown away how the fuck and the ones that got 63 are from 1997 while the one that got 100 was from 1999 I can't comprehend this bullshit are there really that talented people or just simple case paper outing

Well some people dedicate their WHOLE time to studying because all their care about is having good grades and not improving (which might be the case for our guy) , totally wrong imo . Make eye contact for a few seconds, look a bit to a side (I think by only turning your eyes, not your head) for a shorter time, then make more eye contact again, repeat. If they are unconfortable it's either because you are doing too much eye contact or because they are the autists.
Try to not do something bad with your eyebrows, I mean don't frown.
Some people never make eye contact and that can also feel weird once you notice it.

Hey anons.
I am sure I have a sex addiction. Yes, I am a young male and know an interest for sex is healthy.
For as long as i know(since i was a kid), sex has been at the top of my mind with everything I do. Every person I talk to and every topic we talk about, I can and do relate to sex.
It's not special for me to browse sex related sites, forums and threads for 5 hours on one day. While doing my usual stuff, I also keep checking if I have messages or updates on things.
Anyway. It has been getting worse and worse the last few years. I have been doing stuff that could be bad for me or loved ones and it's eating me up.
So far, I have switched studies over 5 times because my procrastination and addiction work together quite easily and I can't seem to finish anything.
Deadlines for work or school easily get pushed out of the way because I need to browse porn or chat with people. I choose to miss the train just because i haven't came yet.
I have a loving girlfriend who is the nicest to me and I don't actually want to lose her.
It's good to tell you guys this, but my question is: (how) can I stop these thought and behavior patterns?
