You dont tell a girl you like them. You just take them at the right moment by kissing them. Saying you like them just leads to an awkward moment and her mumbling how she doesnt see you that way, because only betas do shit like that. I wouldnt have high hopes man not to shoot you down but it sounds like she only wants to be friends. If youve known eachother for a while now and have been doing stuff together (working out, etc) you already missed the boat. If your intentions arent clear from day 1, you are basically stuck in the "friend zone". She sees you as a friend if shes doing activities with you frequently. Again sounds like you missed your window of opprotunity. If you want to go for it anyways, do it up, aint nothing wrong with that. But if she shoots you down (again if you are already friends, youre too late), then you will either have to stop being friends with her or remain friends with her having a one sided dynamic where she is now above you. Its very rare a girl will want a relationship with a guy theyve been friends with for a while. Its not unheard of but generally it just doesnt happen that way. Its always sad to see guys get hurt when they build friendships with women with hopes of taking it further only to see the girl hook up with some stranger she just met. Go for it right off the bat, or not at all.

Is this Burgerland? I've been having the same issues too, except I just haven't been able to find a therapist, period. I ended up having to get my meds from my primary, and I had to switch primaries because my old one just told me to look for a therapist and NONE of them take state insurance. I was just turned away by one office because I told them I have problems with alcohol, they want me to see a drug counselor instead. I want to talk to someone that went to med school in THIS country ... I'm worried it's just going to be a burnt out ex addict that is barely qualified enough to do much more than tell me to get a job.

If they wanted you for a position they would have contacted you. I would say don't bother.

I forgot to add that the day after I interviewed, the job posting was taken down. And I was the first person that was interviewed for this position. So I still don't know to this day if they just decided to close the position altogether, or they just closed it because theyve had enough applications. They've had other job postings open for months so I'm not sure why that one was suddenly taken down.

The job position was for a some kind of Photoshop Artist position, where the artist would come in and create assets to cover up any graphics clipping or something, idk.
The new position I was interested in was just for a Production Artist job, which has to do with print production, creating flyers, ads, etc.

Sometimes jobs put up positions that they don't plan to hire for anyone. I forget the exact reason but it has to do with taxes and the government. It sucks, it happened to me many times. If its been three months and they still haven't even bother to send you the standard "oh lol u were g8 but there were peepill dat were betr xD, hope u can find another job lol!" They're not going to hire you.
