i bought a car from a guy. he gave me the title, i gave him the cash. it was a clean deal. went to the DMV and they told me the title was now void because i scribbled something out when i was filling it out.
they gave me a correction form for the owner to sign. ive been trying to get ahold of him since friday and i know for a fact hes ignoring me. hes even answered a couple times and pretended he couldnt hear me.
so what can i do about this? if i get ahold of the authorities would they be able to do anything about it?

So back in late high school on an excursion our class went on, there was this bitch who shoved me with full force, almost off a cliff while we were at a look-out point with no rails, because i was in the way of her photo op with her friends. at the time i held back but i still get angry to this day for not punching her in the fucking face, let alone not telling anyone. The teacher was still behind on the trail so they didn't see it and the rest of the class were against me by default so i didn't want to say anything. Still, this happened almost a decade ago and I still feel angry about it because this bitch almost killed me and laughed about it. Is this normal to feel angry about it after all this time?
I also get angry thinking about the time some smirking idiot driver sped up from behind and intentionally cut in front of me on a turn while i was riding my bicycle years ago. Why do people exist who treat others like they aren't another fucking human life?

How do i get my father to chill the fuck down.
I know it's wrong to say because there is a lot of people that would kill for a caring and loving father but this is to much.
I'm 24 years old and are about to finish my masters in the uni. I live in a dorm, and i'm not getting any financial help from him. I guess it's important to say that my mother and his wife moved out of the house 17 years ago, and he never found anyone else.

I always feel like I have to do 100 things at once or else I'm a failure in terms of some hierarchy.
I see snake oil salesmen, pseudo intellectuals, and intellects frauds everywhere. Most people in society simply ride along inside institutions while being judged in qualitative terms by their normie clones.
If I'm brutally honest with myself, I don't yet have the balls to live according to my own intellect and taste, which I trust. I am going to wake up tomorrow and finish reading a book I find boring (and can articulate why) because it is old and praised. I will drink coffee during my lunch break mainly because I will feel like a non-go-getter without it. I will read a book on my phone during the underground train ride to read as much as possible, even though I view erudition as a pseudointellectual attribute in this modern era. I will not live according to my tastes.
