Have any of you actually overcame the problem of porn addiction?
I guess that today I have reached rock bottom. Maybe that's good, but I don't know if I will be able to pull it off. I've tried already, some time in the past, when I had serious problems with my actual sex life. But they, let's say, stopped being that serious, so I convinced myself that there is nothing wrong in what I'm doing.
But we all know there is.
I haven't spoken with anyone about this, nor tried to seek help. I guess it's too embarassing. And my girlfriend wouldn't understand it.
What the hell do I do? I sometimes share my computer with other people, so any porn blocking software can't be used.
I feel like a prisoner.

you need to hate what its doing to your life. Once you hate porn, decide to spend less time online, so into auto mode when you get the urge to just shut the computer down and go do something else. Even see a therapist, they're happy to talk about this sort of thing, the action of doing that alone will really bring your efforts to stop this into a physical reality and part of your lifestyle. I recently started making music, like yesterday, and I have noticed that I don't really have the right voice. What I mean is I feel like I have no control over my own voice and I can't do kind of a low soft voice that I wish I could. I'm trying to go to a much softer tone where it's almost like whispering but no so much. My British accent stops me from reaching this tone, and I feel that just learning how to control my voice will help with the issue. I posted my first song on SoundCloud, and I won't post it here because I am too self-conscious about it but if you really want to hear it then just request.

So yesterday I told a girl I know that I like her, she said she can't return the feelings but she would like to be friends.
So I was like "okay," however, after a few days I realized I'd try to get her to fall for me anyway and told her that I really couldn't be her friend (even if I wanted too).
Told her that I deserve to find myself someone that actually likes me and she needs to find a guy friend that doesn't want to be something more.
I also told her that maybe I could be her friend later on when things have calmed down with my feelings.
She didn't seem very happy to hear it, but was okay with it.
Did I act correctly or did I look like a butthurt? lol

So last night my boyfriend and I got into an argument and during all that he suddenly storm into the bathroom. A few second later I heard a bang as if he fell down or hit something. I tried to open the door but it was locked so I start pulling the knob really hard until he unlock the door and that bounce me off balance and fell down.
He then walk out of the bathroom saying he can't see things clearly and everything is so blurry. Taking information that vague all I can think of is "isn't that the same as me not wearing my glasses".
He then begin expressing chest pain and telling me his heart felt like is clenging. So that's when I asked him if it's okay if I call the ambulance, he said yea.
Fast forward to the tests result for his condition, the nurses said that everything came back normal. His heart rate is good, his lungs are okay, and the blood test is normal. Then he make a cat scan on him for his head because while he was in the bathroom he told the nurse he fell and hit his head on the tub.
The test also came back normal, then the nurse add in "the only thing is he have high blood pressure probably about the stress from what happened earlier." - our argument she meant.
This alll happened at 1 am and we got check out around 5 am. I have to call off work last minute and now I am staying home watching over his well being which is just him laying in bed most of the time.
So right now I am not sure if he is faking it just to get attention or having strange condition that even doctor can't tell what is wrong.

You most likely don't need a treatment unless it gets infected, it sounds like just a bit of irritation. Just give it a couple days to clear up, and take better care of your hygeine in the future, and you should be fine.
