Just use UUNP bodyslide and export whatever body type you want. The best textures available are listed in a pastebin in the OP, sans real girls, I don't know why that's there.

1. A comprehensive list of pose mods and links to them if possible.
2. A guide to creating images and clips using sexlab and 0sex. Just as much as is needed to pose and animate short clips, no overhead. The guides I've seen all involve gameplay, which is way more than I want to do and complicates everything. I just want to shoot porn.
