I'm on board OP, thanks for posting this. Been a big fan of Joro for a few years now, but have never seen his comics.

For some reason religion and sex just doesn't work for me, even when I no longer believe in that stuff, it just rubs me the wrong way.

To be clear, my original comment >>100925 was more intended to point out that getting the entire story free in a nice, high quality scan is the sort of thing a person should have much greater appreciation for. In addition to difficulties of locating Mœbius' other works.

Some might recognize similarities in these four pages with the art and bits of the plot from one f the Heavy Metal orig movie stories. Clearly a different story ... but some elements appear to be a direct lift. Not surprising since Heavy Metal the magazine often featured stories and art by Mœbius and by artists heavily influenced by him.

I'm not even sure I have the complete set for this story. There might be pages preceding what I'm posting, though I doubt there's anything afterward.

No need to be too eager and do it all at once. Try to trawl some content through it and let it hit page 8 or 9 ... hoping to catch the attention of an anon who has some more to share, hopefully a Story Time. Such as Incal suggested above, or perhaps Angel Claw .. but there are quite many more if we get lucky.

Then a new thread will be worth the effort.

I don't know how he did it but Moebius always created this sense of unconstrained space in his panels. Even in tight settings like these:

The color is flat, there are hatching and lines everywhere. The backgrounds are detailed.

Yet it doesn't look cramped and busy like mainstream American artists like Jim Lee or Cho for example. You know the style.
