People here don't seem to be fond of new people and don't like to spoon feed them normally. It's generally suggested you shouldn't post for a good while until you understand how things work around here. Also follow the rules. There's a list of rules, and some boards have a pinned thread which details their own sets of rules.

There's already a hypno thread though, so there's no point in keeping this thread alive. Just try better next time. Especially go to the catalog ctrl+f and make sure you're not making a thread that already exists.
