I am currently adding stuff and tweaking it.
Its more of a proof of concept. There is a lot of potential though. Keep an open mind and look at it as the start of something and not as a full fledged game. Also, I'm open to suggestions and ideas.
Currently, no website or patreon. I'm not in this for money. Just a fan of the show. Once I get more familiar with developing and get better at doing stuff, maybe I could work on my own original game. Then, I would consider financial supporters to help. In this build nearly every room can be visited (except the dining room).
Consult the image on the left to see which areas are clickable (the colored ones).
There are currently NO sex scenes in the demo, that will hopefully change in the next update.
However, it is still worth playing to see how the current progress is and what needs to be done.
This is the basic framework being worked on.
With some more development, one could actually use this to simulate fanfiction.
Just add your own text and character images, and voila your own visual novel.

There is music in this game; even at the start.

Looks really good, I as a suggestion I would say reduce the number of places, e.g make the hallway upstairs one stretch rather than two. Make the hallway downstairs just part of the living room. It will save on having to program scenes that may be missed.
I like the game over scenes and that potion idea. The fact that you have started to divide the rooms for each sister is a good idea.
You could also add the vents from the episode where Lincoln has to get lori's phone. Add spying options for the vents not to mention that in the same episode he hides under her bed which could also be used for the same nefarious purposes.
All in all its coming along brilliantly.

I hear your suggestion about reducing number of places, but I actually plan to add more.
I want the game to have many backdrops for scenes and interaction to take place in.
I also want the player to feel like there is a lot of content (because I plan to have lots of content).
Although, I understand your concerns since player might have trouble figuring out which spots are clickable. I'll try to think of a way to make the map navigation more apparent so people don't waste time figuring out where to go.
I actually have the vents ready. I'm still figuring out where to put an access point So I didn't add it in yet.
Personally I rather take the OG Deus Ex approach toward deving. "why put (optional) stuff in if people might miss it?" Because the ones that do find it get to enjoy it.
I want the game to try to be nonlinear so you can do things out of order. Also, if you miss things, there will be an alternate outcome. I want to encourage multiple playthroughs or at least to make players' experiences feel different.

This was planned but I didn't get a good screenshots for it yet (the closets I mean). Currently, I depend on the show for content using screenrips that I edit. So I am kinda of limited. I want the game to feel like the show in terms of atmosphere. So what better way than to use the show itself? Saves me having to draw; but I do take time editing screenshots. Must have marathoned the series 3 times or more by now. I will implement your suggestions in the next release.

I like what you've done sound-wise. So far themes are fitting well and I even like the intro piano.
One thought is to allow sounds for non-area interactions. Such as when you drag the cursor over rooms or directly choose to enter them. These could be universal (Same sound for every room) or referential like using a Resident Evil door clip when entering Lucy's room; or since Lynn is also in there, you could use those sounds as indicators when a character specific event occurs in their room.
I'm also a huge fan of the highlighted color-coating for the room. it keeps the rooms more distinct and memorable. However the majority of the rooms colors don't really sync up with the Sisters clothing. If you did that it might make it easier to immediately determine who a room belongs to, without even reading. Just making for a more intuitive gameplay.
Overall great job so far! I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with this.

Sounds like you've got a plan. That's good, just don't put too much on your plate that you can't keep up with or builds are to far apart.
I had another thought about how to keep track of all the sisters.
A little backstory first. When Tropic was/still is making the supermom porn game, some guy made a parody game to show how easy it was to create content quickly. He added a map that showed you where you were along with where both the mom and violet were in the house and where they were going next so that you didn't have to go searching for them.
You could try and implement something like that, to make it realistic you could add it to Lincolns laptop or as a overlay.
What would be fun is if its night and everyone's asleep you notice that some of the sisters are in the wrong rooms or something like that as a beginning to the lewdness.

An anon in another thread worried that some songs were too energetic and might interfere with dialogue. I agree so I will run the audio through audacity to make them softer. I already cut the mp3s to be under a minute to compress space.
Unfortunately, sound is lower priority compared to other portions of the game. I DO plan to have sounds play to increase immersion. (I am going to keep it subtle and appropriate) My concern is that people will get super tired of hearing the same sound over and over. But I will keep in mind what you suggest. The game is not at that point yet.
I plan to redo the map since the floor plans are official (low quality) concept art. I will redraw it and perhaps add indicators to help people navigate. Excellent suggestion using the sisters' color.

I am familiar with what you are talking about. Do you mean Dropic? I would love to have a system like that, but I think that is in HTML5 (web browser) and not in Renpy. If someone could show me HOW to do something like that, I'll try to implement it.
If you read the intro before jumping to the map. The game takes place BEFORE the first episode (blackout episode). I planned for the player to explore the house, gather items (inventory system not yet implemented), and try to loosely replicate the show's plot. The game would borrow HEAVILY from the show's episodes and perhaps even use material from some other anons' fanfiction.

And I can understand sound being a lower priority especially in terms of not tiring the listener.
However; a good trick to solving that is in understanding what types of sounds cause fatigue. Usually timbres that are metallic or high broadband frequency create greater impact whereas softer and lower broadband frequency create feedback without fatigue.
Not a direct example of what you would want but check out some of the UIs in well known games.
One that comes to mind is Far Cry 4. When you are in the map if you move the cursor over markers, animals, or fast travel locations a very low sound cue starts (If memory serves, it was a double bass with maybe a bass drum at low volume).
Not necessarily what a Loud House Porn parody needs but hopefully you get what I mean. It causes 0 ear fatigue, never really interferes with bgm but still allows feedback to the player via audio without ever getting in the way of visuals and dialogue (Even after 100 hours of play). Check out what other high quality Dating Sims do in terms of UI sound design
Also, I don't really think the music was ever too energetic; so long as you don't use the same tracks for the lewd sections. The only thing I noticed was some of the music like Lucy's rooms theme was a little bit too loud in comparison to other bgm I heard. Just be sure you adjust levels when dialogue is implemented. Which I'm sure you already had in mind.
Obviously, like you said, sound is something that comes later down the line. But it's what I do so I figured I would throw in my 2 cents.

I cleaned up the pixels and redraw lines of the first floor.
I changed the colors of rooms by color picking objects in them. Also I added a border around the room so you know the boundaries of the clickable zones.
Also I fixed some rooms including the dining room I edited. I will be adding the vents to the map and softening the music.

Yeah I did read the intro and it reminded me of the episode where Lincoln is trying to get the "sweet spot" for the car and helps his sisters by trading places. It also reminded me of the one where the sisters do favors for him so he'd vote for a holiday, can't remember where.
It looks much cleaner and the dining room looks sweet. Perhaps to make it even clearer you could copy the style of the cartoon and add a pane of glass effect on the room the mouse highlights with a matching colour. Kinda like pic related. Sorry for awful excuse for "art" its just here so you kinda get the idea.
My issue with Dropic's work is that although the coding seems ok. He doesn't have assets to really use in terms of artwork. So his "game" is a frankenstein mess of sprites from other games. I applaud him for the progress he has made, although I'm don't really consider it actually playable. Then again I had issues running his site last time I tried.
As for the glass effect, I could try it, but I don't think Renpy can actually animate glass sheen without complex code. Also I'm not entirely sure I understand what you mean.
I think having the filled in selection against the borders works well enough.
Although, having less rooms is cleaner and easier to manage. I like being able to explore and exploit every nook and cranny of the house.

There was a VN bouncing around about a guy who owned a catgirl in a world where animal-hybrids were pets, and as the game progressed he accidentally ate food that fucked with his pheremones or whatever and that was the starting point of the porn. I could see something similar with Lisa dosing Lincoln with something to kind of...negate the inhibition of family relations in people around him, but Lisa + the twins + the baby arent affected because theyre too young?

Also I know how these things go and I need to address this. You still seem to have everything under control. You can do the writing and the coding and all that good stuff but when it comes down to it whats gonna happen with the art? Finding and funding artists is the hardest part of the whole process. Games that do have one from the jump are always at an advantage over those that don't start with one. Got any plans for that or you just gonna get there when you get there?
And since you are using actual backgrounds from the show would that mean that the characters would be drawn very similar to that style? It would be jarring if the art was a bit off but I could just be an idiot

The game is in the early stages. I'm mostly laying down the foundation. You won't be able to do lewd stuff right away. The plan is for the player to develop relationship progress with each sister and use them to their own advantage. There is a lot of expectation and demand to be able to romance all sisters.(Well except for Lily. That is where I draw the line.)
I understand that this sort of content treads on taboo.
But I don't know how to add a toggle in Renpy. That said I feel the game would depend on player's choice. If you want to try and fuck all the sisters then go for it. If you want to focus on maxing your favorite sister first; then that is viable too. I plan for the content to be in the game; its up to the player if they want to access it.
I am open to releasing my project files if people want to make something from it that is not a sex game.
I just thought of adding costumes to the game. When the game has reached sufficient completion I will add the option of using costumes. Basically, costumes are a planned feature; but its probably way lower on priority since I have to finish everything else first.
The ultimate goal is to be able to pick a sister or sisters, pick a location, pick a sex position, and pick an optional costume and enjoy the show.

The chart is not set in stone. Just a visual of suggestions.
I am doing the art. That is why I'm working alone.The sex scenes are later since I have to finish dialogue for every sister first.
Here is my justification for it: The game is played from first person perspective (I hope to have all scenes be POV; even sex scenes). Here is a breakdown:
1)You see sister in the room (use of official art)
2)You choose to interact with sister (zoom in of official art)
3)This is a sex scene (custom artwork)
This is why you never see your player character. The sisters haven't referred to the player as Lincoln. I did this to help immersion and for people to self insert better.
I think the redone map is sufficient for now. I would like to see this example from the show though because I have a hard time understanding what you mean.

The mom (Rita) would play a role but more like something you have to avoid since the scenes in the game depend on adults not being there.
I can have the game take place during summer which is why the kids don't go to school and the parents are out of the house working. Once the game reaches a point of satisfactory completion I could add scenes for the mom.

The other sisters have priority in terms of scenes and content.
Once they are done. I will work to make the mom, Ronnie Anne, Christina, and even Carol as additional characters.

The chart is just a brainstorm. However, what you mentioned is planned for the game anyway. Think of the chart as more of listing sisters' specialties.
Thanks for the comment. I came up with most of them by thinking of which kinks fit with which sister. Also with a little help of fellow anons' suggestions.
I get what you mean. Here is my personal take on it:
1)It helps with immersion. I want the UI to be minimal. I want the mechanics to be subtle. Instead of the current trend of games where the screen is full of icons and counters and meters and markers and prompts etc. See pic for a humorous example.
2)Also it makes sense since you play as Lincoln; you would see thru his eyes.
3)Another reason is that I want the focus to be on the girls. I don't want Lincoln to block all the good parts of a sex scene.
4)Other games show the player sprite and it feels too VN style. I want this game to feel more First Person.
Next update will have a revised map.
The problem, however, is consistency:
Lana/Lola's room is split into two areas but the other sisters' bedrooms are not.
The issues is that the pic for Lana/Lola's room is very wide. Trying to fit it into Renpy's 800x600 resolution made it look bad (tall and distorted).
I could :
A) Try to split up all other sisters' room into 2 parts on the map like I did for Lana/Lola. So you can visit each sister's bed separately from the map.
B)Try to combine Lana and Lola's beds into 1 room for the map instead of having 2 hotspots for their room. But it would mean losing the window between their two beds and making the room seem really off.

ick that compressed screen don't look too good i don't think you'll be able to make the room small so i suggest that you either create a sort of an arrow that would move you to the other side of the room (i.e fade to black then showing up on the other side of the room) or have sort of a metroid screen pull to the other side of the room
The floor plan map's purpose was to direct the player to various rooms not beds.
I haven't implemented the compressed room yet. So I will test it tomorrow.
Splitting all the rooms is a lot of tedious coding.
I'm not too keen on the arrow idea and I think the fade out might be too jarring.
An anon pointed out consistency issues and I agree, If I do something to 1 room I need to make it standard,
I just noticed the compressed room has some glaring errors, I'll try remaking it.
It pains me to screw up the accuracy of the room if I decide to shrink it. I want to refrain from heavy editing.

I completely understand. Most of the progress I have made for this "game" has been manipulating other people's work (the concept art/show screenshots).
I actually edit the backgrounds and assets I use; probably not enough to dodge a copyright claim.
If I was worried about that I would drastically edit everything to not resemble TLH. (But that kind of defeats the purpose of a Loud House game) (If people keep it on the down low; then less issues)

There is some good content on the booru; good ideas but not the best execution. I want to include such scenes but it would be a major hassle asking every artist if they would like to have their artwork redone and included in the game .
I will work on an example scene that is NOT a trace; but more of a reference and I will post in here; may take some more time though. How about if anons who want scenes in the game just send their (rough) artwork to me and I clean them up for use in the game and give credit to them?
Honestly, I am having trouble coming up with body types for each sister that is a balance between on model and stylized.
If another artist could help me come up with character sheets; that would help me to create sex scenes.
I did the redraw as more of a quick test for myself.
Notice I didn't say that the work was entirely mine and I specified that it was a redraw. I would be pretty pissed if someone outright stole my artwork and claimed it was theirs without crediting me. Drawing over it was efficient but I know its a douche-bag move.
Next build is set to have a day night cycle. This can be accessed by visiting your own room and choosing the option to rest in your bed. You will be able to do stuff at night but the risk of getting a game over will be much higher.

Ways to game over:
1)Caught in the act by making too much noise/being careless.
2)pushing a sister too far/coming on too strong leads to them calling for parents

You can lower detection by gathering certain items (gags), taking precautions (locking doors, using the closets),making good dialogue choices to deescalate situations (bluffing).
When stats are introduced you will have a bluff stat that determines how well you can handle such encounters.
Not every choice is 100% pass/fail.

What do people think about keep the number generation hidden?
I'm thinking of having the sisters' display a mood and having the numbers being calculated behind the scenes.
You won't be told or shown exactly how much a meter has risen or fallen, but I will make the text give clues on how a sister is feeling.
I'm thinking of having multiple stats/factors.
Your choices in the game will add and/or subtract variable values from your overall relationship status with a sister. You can earn/lose points with certain sisters doing certain things. (I don't want people to think losing points is inherently a bad thing since it will allow you to see alternate/special scenes)
Example: Siding with Lana will boost your meters with her but lower Lola's.
Balance will be an obstacle obviously but I will worry about that later when the feature is eventually implemented.
Here are some ideas for stats:
Obedience: determines how willing a sister will listen to you
Respect: determines how much a sister is willing to agree with you
Affection: determines how romantic a sister is with you
Lust: determines how far a sister is willing to commit sexual acts
A lot of these sound similar but they will determine multiple outcomes/dialogue choices.
Depending on your stats, you will receive different reactions and possibilities.
I hope this system will make playthroughs seem different enough and keeps it fresh.
(I will make a chart much later detailing this after I release the next build)
A lot of other games focus on grinding your stats by doing (repetitive) actions. I'm thinking of having the dialogue function as stat builders. Talking/interacting positively with a sister will foster growth. I hope this will keep it organic as opposed to clicking the same buttons/menus to grind for a higher number.
Is there any possiblility for a quick lincoln trap scene? I get that he's the PC but more as an after credits/ game over thing, a little bonus to weirdos like myself. Doesn't need to be big or anything just one pic and a rushed explination will do.

As soon as I started catching glimpses of the show on TV, I knew the concept was just ripe for perverting, glad to see I wasn't disappointed.
Thinking about stretching the writing muscles a bit and making a lewd snippet for the show. Written lewds with a simple, stupid plot like a botched experiment leading to overactive libido between brother and sister, yay or nay?
Alright I just have one more question or request or what have you. Are there endings? Like I get that there are scenes based on interactions and statuses with the sisters, and a game over involving the mother but assuming you threw in a time limit or something to trigger endings it might make for a better finale than a game over and it might increase the game's longevity, immersion and roleplay feel.

OH please no! I mean in this type of game being against the clock and not having ilimited time to try to conquer all sisters would be counterproducent. [At least I think this doesn't fit in this type of game]
At least think it instead of doing this just because one guy suggested it.
I think it some situations where you need to think on your feet; a timer is good.
I will use it sparingly though.
Its NOT going to happen every time a conversation takes place or super often like in TWD.
I most likely will reserve it when you are really busted and you need to give a quick answer. Sort of to build tension and urgency. Or for major events.
Also I think taking a long time to choose something will enhance player experience when NPCs respond to you taking too long.
Sometimes players don't like the choices available to them as well. I hope to make the dialogue varied enough to make this less of an issue.

I am looking at this page of Renpy tutorials to see what I can include in the game in the future:
I hope to able to customize the game further down the line to make it more polished.
Also I am open to making different separate versions of the game (Might help with having backups). If people want features removed/changed for whatever reason I can try to release a build for them so you can play a version you want.
