The difference between the two arm poses is pretty good actually. To get a result any better than this you'd probably have to redraw her right breast completely, which wouldn't be worth the effort.

store building isn't particularly great as a mechanic, but the cutscenes in the meantime are, and it really doesn't take that much effort. There quite a bit with Iris and Lola and Jas too on top of the Azalea ones, if you enjoyed the base one it's definitely worth a go
