I imagine that after a couple decades after whatever happens to be the last conflict between Sangheili and humans, that interspecies relationships would begin popping up. Yeah sure core world humans would be opposed but more fringe world humans probably wouldn't care. The Heretics in 2 outright knew the entire Covenant was built on a lie (to the point of ritually removing Covenant aspects of their equipment) and would probably have seen no reason to continue fighting with humans, and several of the novels explicitly feature "believed that humans are brave and honorable" Sangheili at various points.

Likewise, Kig-Yar were all about the money. If they weren't directly betraying the Covenant with their actions they were totally fine working for humans if the pay was good. It's worth noting that they were less members of the Covenant and more hired goons who paid lip service to the Covenant.

Huragok never had any issues playing with technology on human ships, and most of the human-on-Huragok instances of violence were cases of preventing them from potentially giving trade secrets should they be captured back.

Lekgolo and Unggoy were explicitly coerced into joining the Covenant through orbital bombardment and hostile occupation and whatnot.

Yanme'e and Jiralhanae are the only two non-San 'Shyuum to begrudge humans, I think, the first because they were to-the-death Covenant fanatics and the latter because they were comically bloodthirsty. Jul 'Mdama and his faction did too, but they're also (if no longer loyal to the Shyuum) avid Covenant followers alongside having a number of personal grudges.

They transform into chrysalis structures first within the cocoon (which is acting as binding), and slowly their bodies morph into xenomorphs. Although unconscious, their subconscious's are just aware of the process enough to draw pleasure from it.

The aliens only do this with humans they sense would be valuable members of the Hive, the most aggressive and fertile members of the species.

They take the best of humanity and turn it against us.

Not to my knowledge. But although I'm not a writefag, I have a pretty good idea of how the process would go.

The human, if deemed of suitable aggression and fertility, would be cocooned and encased in a soft chrysalis. Then the chrysalis would be injected special nutrients and royal jelly, resulting in it gradually increasing in mass. Over a great deal of time, the chrysalis would grow as the human within gradually became a xenomorph queen. It would become a great many times its original mass. Once at the proper size, the chrysalis would harden allowing for the internal process to complete fully. Then the transformed human would eventually emerge as a Xenomorph Queen.

You don't even need to use radiation to explain it - thanks to Alien: Resurrection, we already know that the implantation process adds xenomorph genetics to the host - otherwise, cloning Ripley would not have produced a hybrid, much less a viable queen.

The best explanation is that a host survives their embryo's maturation (naturally or because it's surgically removed); but, because the xenomorph genes implanted by the facehugger are still working.

It helps to think of the chestburster as less of a parasite and more of a tumor. It's something that your body is making because your genes are broken - in this case, it's because an ambulatory penis broke them.

While war away from home is the males' thing (probably because sperm banks are cheaper than artificial wombs), war at home is the females': Sanghelios' Homeguard is either made up exclusively or predominantly by female Sangheili. Clearly they were either well trained or picked up on it again quickly (The Arbiter did not come back to a charred ruin under Jiralhanae occupation, after all), but for a period of almost three millennia the Home Guard was probably a mostly-ceremonial or -precautionary organization with the added benefit of providing a list to the San 'Shyuum of Sangheili who could plug manpower shortages in a pinch.

tl;dr "Punching their faces in over there was traditionally the males' thing, punching in the faces back home traditionally the females'. Since the Covenant did more of the latter than the former throughout their history, the former probably wound up with more live-combat experience up until the last few decades in-universe."
