rule34.xxx = much better tag system than paheal, but content varies

tumblr = art from anyone, but you have to search, filter/block spam, and follow people you like. There is a favorite button though so you can always have your own personal fap gallery.

HentaiFoundry = art from artist or commissioners. Good tagging system. Good watch system.

That's all I use. Really if you want to always be up to date on new content just use tumblr and scout for artist blogs. It's the new place for rule34 and 90% of a new paheal source's are straight from an artist's tumblr or HF

HentaiFoundry hasn't been good ever since they stopped allowing loli/shota. That's not to say there aren't good artists there, but a lot of the good ones do draw that shit, amongst other stuff

rule34hentai is okay, but it suffers from tagging issues and a lack of content for a lot of things.

rule34.paheal has the fastest updates which is good though its tagging system makes it lose to rule34.xxx
I also use tumblr though it's pretty limited to the artists that you follow, it's also good paired with patreon
I use e621 aswell, while I don't preference furry I've found that his site has the best support for videos and flashes

g.e-hentai is my favorite. No restrictions, no purchases, community based. It reminds me of torrents except without the download.

Whenever I use a search engine for porn it usually brings up g.e-hentai.

Even if you're not into furry, it's got so much non furry material that it's worth using. If you do like furry, it's pretty much all you could want in a porn repository.

My favorite has to be Chan sankaku, huge collection of pics, gets updates regularly and very easy to find what your looking for.... G.E hentai and 8muses are good if your looking for full comics.

exhentai (aka sad panda) is strictly better. Content that gets expunged from e-hentai (such as lolicon/toddlercon) gets sent to exhentai. You need to make an account (takes 30 seconds you lazy fuck) and have cookies enabled in order to access it, or you can download an extension that'll let you in.

Pixiv is where like, every Loli/shota artist went besides paheal, other than that, there's no 1 defined site where everything is allowed (well pixiv is the closest)

other than that, Tumblr, FA, Hentaifoundry, they're all relatively similar with what they allow and finding good artists
