I own the large and XL versions of this. I'd recommend them, just stay away from the medium because it tends to collapse and slip inside of people. The one thing is that they only work when you use a strong oral laxative, like the person above me said. Magnesium citrate and epsoms salts are both good options. I have had a bit of trouble with the timing when using it though, because those laxatives need a number of hours to kick in. It's much better to stick the plug in too early than too late, I've found, because doing it too late will just get poo everywhere.

Sticking them in is a pain too, if you're not accustomed to taking big toys. The large is 2.5 inches wide and the XL is 2.9, so it took me a while to fit them myself. Plus, they're made of a soft material and they're obviously hollow, so you can't just push them in like a normal plug. You need to be dilated and ready to accept them. The other tunnel plugs they make that are smaller don't work terribly well for this, because you need a wide inner hole or else it's going to clog.

As for the good things about them? They work. Holy shit do they work. You absolutely can't tell that you're messing. The only clue is that you might feel your belly rumble a bit, and then you'll feel a bunch of warmth spreading out down there. It makes you completely incontinent, and that's such a unique feeling that it's completely worth the $20 to try the plug.
