If you're trying to make an argument for quality, it isn't there. Your lines are way too sketchy and it doesn't look like you know what you're drawing, just what it looks like, but there's more to art than just that. It involves looking and understanding what you're trying to draw in order to capture that feel or appearance even if it isn't accurate. That's why good artists draw from what they see first and foremost. No artist ever became good just because of what they saw in their mind, they had to study real life to emulate it. If you can't draw right now, the answer isn't "use some cheap way to make your stuff look better", it's "keep practicing on your own until your stuff is presentable".

Also yes, that is definitely her then! She's essentially the antagonist of the entire telltale series of Back To The Future. They're actually pretty good games, especially since they got most if not all the original actors to voice their respective characters. Artists can have several different sites they submit to, but prefer DA because it gives their art the most exposure/favorites/praise, and lets face it most artists are egomaniacs.
