In general I like the idea, but it sounds like the micromanagement will detract from fapping.
A implies a controller, and it's not convenient to hold with the right hand and jack with the left, especially when it's possible to fuck up.

The A hold and release also doesn't really mimic the mechanical movement involved in either fapping or actually fucking, so it's not going to add to the overall theme.
I like the idea of adding in a mechanic to make the player control the sex mechanically, though.

Just try it out, I guess. See if it feels fun.

That may be true, but I'd rather make the player push a single button than fiddle with directional controls which would only make it harder.
So right now pushing down the button means pushing your dick inside. I think it still makes some sense that way.
A lot of people have been saying that I should make it a rhythm game. So this is the most simplistic rhythm game concept I could come up with. The player will mostly just react to sound effects and flashing buttons.

yeah for orc I try to run max AGI Thief. Take Vault in skills as well as Parry. With enough AGI you can dodge every other attack with vault (then falling crush for dmg), and when you need to recover, keep using parry/riposte combo to lower damage and reflect at her.
